关节镜下应用Rigidfix和Intrafix单束重建后交叉韧带临床疗效观察

摘要: [摘要] 目的 观察关节镜下应用 Rigidfix 和 Intrafix 单束一期重建后交叉韧带( posteriorcruciateligament ,
PCL )的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析 46 例膝关节 PCL 损伤患者的资料,采用关节镜下 Rigidfix 和 Intrafix 重建
PCL 。术后随访国际膝关节文献委员会膝关节评估表( InternationalKneeDocumentationCommittee , IKDC )评分、
Lysholm 膝关节评分表、 Tegner 运动水平评分表以及 KT-2000 值。结果 46 例患者术后随访 9~36 个月,平均 18
个月。 MRI 检查提示重建 PCL 位置正常。切口均一期愈合,无明显不适主诉,关节稳定,功能良好。术后 IKDC
评分、 Lysholm 评分、
Tegner 评分均明显高于术前, KT-2000 值明显低于术前,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05 )。结
论 关节镜下应用 Rigidfix 加 Intrafix 重建 PCL 具有手术操作简单、固定牢靠、功能恢复满意、明显改善膝关节后向
稳定性等优点

Abstract ] Objective Toevaluatetheclinicaloutcomesofarthroscopicsingle-bundle
posteriorcruciateligamentreconstructionusingRigidfixandIntrafix.Methods Totalsof46
casesofPCLreconstructionwithRigidfixandIntrafixwererecordedintheretrospectivecohort
study.Evaluationsincluded International Knee Documentation Committee ( IKDC ) score ,
Lysholmscores , tegnerscores , andKT-2000inpostoperativefollowing-up.Results Totalsof46
patientshadbeenfollowedupfor9to36 months ( average18 months ) .MagneticResonance
Imaging ( MRI ) examinationshowedthatthePCLreconstructionrestorednormally.Allincisions
wereprimaryhealingandjointwasstable.Allthepatientsrecoveredafullrangeofmotion
withoutanysurgicalcomplications.TheIKDC , Lysholm , tegnerscorespostoperatively were
higherthanthatofpre-operative ( P <0.05 ), andtheKT-2000decreasedobviouslyaftersurgery
(
P <0.05 ) .Conclusion UsingRigidfix-IntrafixforarthroscopicPCLreconstructionhadlotsof
advantagesincluding simple procedur
