〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨X线数字断层融合技术(Tomos技术)在泌尿系结石定位诊断中的应用价值。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗选取确诊的泌尿系结石患者69例,均行肾-输尿管-膀胱摄影(kidneyureterbladder,KUB)、Tomos技术及双源CT平扫后重建检查,由影像诊断医师对3种影像进行分级判定和比较。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗双源CT和Tomos技术的图像质量优于KUB平片,双源CT的图像质量优于Tomos技术,双源CT和Tomos技术阳性检出率和确诊率高于KUB平片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗Tomos技术提高了结石的阳性检出率,且影像质量显著提升,对结石的定位诊断起到有益的补充。

Abstract: [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To discuss the application value of Xray digital tomosynthesis(Tomos technology) in localization diagnosis of urinary calculus.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Sixtynine patients with definite diagnosis of urinary calculi were treated with kidneyureterbladder(KUB), Tomos technology and dual source CT. The quality of the image was graded and compared by the image diagnosis physician.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The image quality of dual source CT and Tomos technology is better than that of KUB plain film. The image quality of dual source CT is better than that of Tomos technology. The positive rate and diagnosis rate of dual source CT and Tomos technology were higher than those of KUB scan, the difference was statistically significant(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The Tomos technology improved the detection rate of ureteral calculus and significantly improved the image quality, which played a useful supplement role in the clinical examination of the lithiasis.
