胃癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群和白细胞相关参数的表达分析

摘要： ［摘要］〓
〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨T淋巴细胞亚群及血常规参数在胃癌患者中表达及变化。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗共纳入98例正常对照和126例晚期胃癌患者，应用流式细胞仪测定T淋巴细胞亚群，应用全自动血细胞分析仪检测血常规参数。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗病例组外周血CD3+和CD4+较对照组降低（P＜005）；2组CD8+和CD4+/CD8+比值差异无统计学意义（P＞005）。病例组治疗前外周血中白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值高于对照组，淋巴细胞计数、血红蛋白低于对照组（P＜0.05）；病例组治疗后白细胞计数接近对照组（P＞0.05），但是细胞构成比例有较大差异，中性粒细胞计数偏高，淋巴细胞计数偏低，中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值仍高，血红蛋白降低，血小板计数降低（P＜005）。病例组治疗后与治疗前相比，外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、血小板计数均降低（P＜005）。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗晚期胃癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群平衡存在异常，CD3+和CD4+均明显降低，外周血中性粒细胞计数升高，淋巴细胞计数降低，中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值升高；测定患者T淋巴细胞亚群及中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值对于患者治疗及预后具有一定临床价值。

Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the expression and changes of T lymphocyte subsets and blood routine parameters of gastric cancer patients.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 224 subjects were recruited and divided into two groups:98 controls and 126 gastric cancers, T lymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry and blood routine test was measured by automatic analyzer.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓CD3+T and CD4+T lymphocytes were decreased significantly(P＜005), the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was decreased slightly(P＞005) and CD8+T cells seemed did not change, the white blood cell count, neutrophil and neutrophil/lymphocyte ration of the case group were higher than the control group and lymphocyte, hemoglohin were lower(P＜005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The balance of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with advanced gastric cancer was abnormal, while CD3+ and CD4+T lymphocytes were significantly decreased. Peripheral blood neutrophils increased, lymphocytes decreased, and neutrophil to lymphocyte ration increased. Determination of T lymphocyte subsets and neutrophil/lymphocyte ration in patients has certain clinical value for treatment and prognosis.
