摘要： ［摘要］〓
〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨黏膜下注射对内镜下十二指肠乳头腺瘤切除的影响。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗回顾性分析行内镜下十二指肠乳头切除术的患者37 例，根据是否进行黏膜下注射分为黏膜下注射组22例，对照组15例。比较2组整块切除率、完整切除率和并发症发生情况。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗2组整块切除率、完整切除率和并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义（P＞005）。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗内镜下十二指肠乳头切除术前并无必要常规行黏膜下注射。

Abstract: ［Abstract］〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To evaluate and analyze the effect of submucosal injection for endoscopic resction of duodenal papilla adenoma.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 37 cases with duodenal papilla adenoma underwent endoscopic papillectomy and were analyzed retrospectively. Among them,22 patients who were treated with submucosal injection before resection were allocated as treament group and 15 patients without submucosal injection as control group. The rates of total excision, complete excision and complications were compared between the two groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓There was no significant difference in the rates of total excision, complete excision and complications between the two groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Submucosal injection is not necessary before endoscopic papillectomy of duodenal papilla adenoma.
