腭裂术后腭咽闭合功能不同检测方法的一致性比较#br#

〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗观察语音清晰度测试、头颅侧位X线检查和鼻咽纤维镜(nasopharyngeal fibroscope,NPF)检查3种方法对腭裂术后腭咽闭合功能的检测结果。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗应用语音清晰度测试、头颅侧位X线检查和NPF检查3种方法分别对30例腭裂术后患者的腭咽闭合情况进行检测并比较。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗将头颅侧位X线检查分别与语音清晰度测试和NPF检查进行配对χ2检验,结果头颅侧位X线检出的术后恢复良好率与语音清晰度测试的术后恢复良好率以及头颅侧位X线检出的术后恢复良好率与NPF检查的术后恢复良好率差异均无统计学意义(P>005);语音清晰度测试的术后恢复良好率与NPF检查的术后恢复良好率差异也无统计学意义(P>005);头颅侧位X线检查与语音清晰度测试、头颅侧位X线检查与NPF检查、语音清晰度测试与NPF检查均呈中度一致。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗语音清晰度测试、头颅侧位X线检查和NPF检查3种方法对腭裂术后腭咽闭合功能检测的结果是一致的。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To compare the examination consistency of velopharyngeal function using speech assessment, cephalograms and nasopharyngeal fibroscope (NPF) after cleft palate operation.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The velopharyngeal closure of 30 patients with cleft palate after palatoplasty was detected and compared by three methods: speech intelligibility test, lateral cranial Xray and NPF.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The χ2 test was used to compare the results of the three methods.There was no statistically significant difference between cephalograms and speech assessment(P>005). There was no statistically significant difference between  cephalograms and NPF(P>005). There was no statistically significant difference between speech assessment and NPF(P>005). All examination results were moderately consistent.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The results were consistent of velopharyngeal functionalexamination using speech assessment, cephalograms and NPF.
