Abstract: Objective The study was to explore cisplatin + teniposide + pingyangmycin /bleomycin(PTP)chemotherapy with lentinan and thymic peptide injection combined treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastasis in patients with postoperative efficacy and adverse reactions. Methods Ninety-six patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were randomly divided into four groups,group A 23 patients given PTP chemotherapy treatment alone,group B 26 patients lentinan injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment PTP,group C 19 patients thymopentin PTP injection combined with chemotherapy regimens,D group 28 patients lentinan and thymic injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of five PTP peptide detected after treatment with chemotherapy before and after serum tumor specific growth factor(tumor specific growth factor,TSGF) expression and adverse reactions,and to evaluate its efficacy. Results TSGF expression and adverse reactions in group D were significantly lower than those of the other three groups(P ﹤ 0. 05),ceuimmune function indicators and the indicator of IgG in group D were better than A,B,C groups(P ﹤ 0. 05),IgA, IgM indicators in four groups before and after treatment showed no significant difference(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Lentinan injection and thymopentin PTP injection combined with PTP chemotherapy improved the prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma and reduced the incidence of adverse reactions obviously.
