〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗应用问卷调查评价三明治教学法在临床见习带教中的应用效果。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗选取临床医学本科生239人为研究对象,应用三明治教学法带教冠心病心力衰竭临床见习,课后进行问卷调查,对教学效果进行评价,并与学生曾接触到的传统见习方法(以床旁教学为主)进行比较。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗应用三明治教学法带教临床见习在激发学习兴趣和主动性、提高自学和获取信息能力、提高语言表达和演讲能力、促进师生间和学生间交流、促进基础知识的综合运用和提高、培养解决临床问题的思维能力、培养理论联系实际和自主解决问题能力的满意度均高于传统教学法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗应用三明治教学法带教见习学生满意度优于传统床旁教学法带教见习。

Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓Applying questionnaires to evaluate the effect of sandwich teaching method in clinical probation teaching.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Totally 239 undergraduates of clinical medicine were selected as the research subjects. Sandwich teaching method was used to teach clinical probation of coronary heart disease and heart failure. Questionnaires were conducted after class to evaluate the teaching effect, compared with other traditional probation methods(mainly bedside teaching).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓To stimulate learning interest and initiative, to improve selfstudy ability and information acquisition ability, to promote language expression ability and speech ability, to promote communication between teachers and students, to promote the comprehensive use and improvement of basic knowledge, to cultivate the thinking ability of solving clinical problems, to cultivate the ability of integrating theory with practice, and to solve problems independently are all higher than traditional teaching methods, and the differences are statistically significant(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Satisfaction of interns with sandwich teaching method is better than that with traditional bedside teaching method.
