〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨亲吻素(kisspeptin 1,Kiss1)、亲吻素受体(kisspeptin 1 receptor,Kiss1R)2种蛋白在胃腺癌浸润、转移过程中的作用及其临床意义。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗收集胃腺癌组织40例,癌旁胃正常黏膜组织28例,采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测Kiss1、Kiss1R 2种蛋白在2组中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗Kiss1及Kiss1R 蛋白在胃腺癌组织的阳性表达率均显著低于癌旁胃正常黏膜组织(P<001);低分化、有淋巴结转移、TNM Ⅲ+Ⅳ期胃腺癌组织Kiss1蛋白阳性表达率低于中高分化、无淋巴结转移、Ⅰ+Ⅱ期胃腺癌组织,差异有统计学意义(P<005);不同性别、年龄、肿瘤大小和肿瘤浸润深度胃腺癌组织Kiss1蛋白阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>005)。不同性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期胃腺癌组织中Kiss1R蛋白阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>005)。Kiss1与Kiss1R蛋白在胃腺癌组织中表达呈正相关(P<005)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗Kiss1在胃腺癌进展过程中发挥抑制肿瘤转移的作用,其有潜力成为判断胃腺癌转移和预后的生物学指标; Kiss1/Kiss1R信号通路有望成为胃腺癌治疗的有效干预靶点。

Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the role of kisspeptin 1(Kiss1) and kisspeptin 1 receptor(Kiss1R) in the invasion and metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The 40 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 28 cases of normal gastric mucosa were collected. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Kiss1 and Kiss1R in two groups. The relationship between them and clinical pathological features was analyzed.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The expression of Kiss1 and Kiss1R protein in gastric adenocarcinoma group were significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa group(P<001). The positive rate of Kiss1 protein expression in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues with Lowdifferentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM Ⅲ+Ⅳ was lower than that of moderately welldifferentiated, no lymph node metastasis, and Ⅰ+Ⅱ(P<005). The positive rate of Kiss1 protein expression was no significant difference in different sex, age, tumor size and depth of tumor invasion of gastric adenocarcinoma tissue(P>005). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Kiss1R protein in gastric adenocarcinoma between sex, age, gastric adenocarcinoma tumor size, differentiation degree, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging(P>005). The expressions of Kiss1 and Kiss1R protein in gastric adenocarcinoma were positively correlated(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Kiss1 can inhibit tumor metastasis during the progression of gastric adenocarcinoma, and it has the potential to be a biological indicator for judging the metastasis and prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma. Kiss1/Kiss1R signaling pathway is expected to be an effective intervention target for the treatment of gastric adenocarcinoma.
