摘要:

目的 探究引导式教育(conductive educationCE)在提高脑性瘫痪(cerebral palsyCP)患儿粗大运动和认知功能的疗效。

方法 回顾性分析60例脑性瘫痪患儿临床资料,依据患儿治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组29例患儿基于对照组传统康复训练疗法之上行CE训练法治疗,对照组患儿31例行传统康复训练治疗,利用粗大运动功能测试量表(Gross Motor Function Measure GMFM-88)、事件相关电位P300、韦克斯勒学龄前儿童智力量表(The Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of IntelligenceWPPSI)、格塞尔婴幼儿发展量表(Gesell Developmental SchedulesGesell)对患儿的粗大运动功能及认知功能进行评估测试并作出对比。

结果 研究组患儿的GMFM评分、P300指标(包括潜伏期、波幅)、WPPSI评分、Gesell评分改善情况显著优于对照组患儿,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。

结论 对于提高CP患儿粗大运动功能和认知功能,使用引导式教育能够更有效地促进其得到恢复。

Abstract:

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of conductive education(CE) in improving gross motor and cognitive functions of children with cerebral palsy(CP).

Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 60 children with CP admitted. According to the different treatment methods of the children, they were divided into a research group and a control group. Among them, 29 children in the research group were treated with CE training method based on the traditional rehabilitation training therapy in the control group, while 31 children in the control group received traditional rehabilitation training. Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM-88), event-related potential P300, and The Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence(WPPSI) and Gesell Developmental Schedules were used to evaluate and compare the gross motor function and cognitive function of children.

Results The improvement of GMFM score, P300 indexes (including incubation period and amplitude), WPPSI score and Gesell score of children in research group was much better than that of children in control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P0.05).

Conclusion For improving the gross motor function and cognitive function of children with CP, the use of CE can more effectively promote their recovery.
