Dynamic observation and analysis of T lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis in different age groups

Abstract ] Objective ThroughthedynamicobservationofclinicalmanifestationandTcell
subsetsinpatientswithactivepulmonarytuberculosisindifferetagesandindifferentstagesof
thetreatment , toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenthediseasevarietyandTcell-mediated
immunityinelderlypatients.Methods Eightypatientswithsecondarypulmonarytuberculosis
weredividedintogroupA ( youngerthan60yearsold , 40cases ) andgroupB ( olderthan60years
old , 40cases ) .Allpatientswerereceived2HRZE / 4HRanti-tuberculosistreatment.Inthree
differenttimepoints [ beforethetreatmen ( T 0 )/ 1monthsafterthetreatment ( T 1 )/ 6monthsafter
thetreatment ( T 6 )], thechangesofthechlinicalsymptoms / sputum smeat / thechestX-ray
imagesandTlymphocytesubpopulationsofvenousbloodwereanalyzed.Thedynamicchangesof immunestatusin2groupswerecomparedandanalyzed.Results IntheperidofT 1 , theclinical
manifestations , sptutumsmearnegativeconversionrateandimageperformansesofgroupAwere
betterthanthoseofgroupB.IntheperiodofT 6 , thedifferenceofeffectiveratesbetweentwo
groupshadnostatisticalsignificance.Thereweresignificantdifferencesintheinteractionbetween
thegroups , thetimepointandthetimebetweengroupsforTcells ( P <0.05 ) .ForThcells , The
differencebetweengroupsandtimepointswasstatisticallysignificant ( P <0.05 ), buttherewas
nosignificantdifferenceintheinteractionbetweengroupandtime ( P >0.05 ) .ForTscells , there
werestatisticallysignificantdifferencesbetweenthegroups ( P <0.05 ), butthere wasno
significantdifferenceintheinteractionbetweentimeandgrouptimebetweenthetwogroups ( P >
0.05 ) .ForTh / Tsratio , therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesbetweenthegroups ( P <
0.05 ), buttherewasnosignificantdifferenceintheinteractionbetweentimeandgrouptime
betweenthetwogroups ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion Timmunefunctioninelderlypatientswith
secondarypulmonarytuberculosiswaslowerthanthatinyoungpatients , andithasadirect
impactonthetreatmentofelderlypatientswithpulmonarytuberculosis.
