Abstract ] Objective Toobserveclinicalefficacyandchangesofserumleptinlevelsin
patientswithsimpleobesityandfattylivertreatedbyQianggancapsule.Methods Sixty-two
patientswererandomlydividedintocontrolgroup ( 30cases ) andQianggancapsulegroup ( 32
cases ) .Twogroupshadstrictdrinking , appropriatereduceenergyperturbationandincreasedthe
workout.ThetreatmentgroupwasgivenQianggancapsule2. 0gorally , 2times / day , Whilethe
treatmentgroupwasgivenatorvastatin20 mgorally , 1time
/ day.Thetreatmentcoursesof2
groupswere6 months.Results Themoreseriousthedegreeofobesity , thelessofliverand
spleenCTratio.Thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant ( P <0.05 ) .Thereweresignificant
differencesinthe2groupsaftertreatmentthanbeforetreatment ( P <0.05 ) .Aftertreatment
BMI , liverandspleen CTratio , ALT , AST , γ-GT , TC , andleptinofthe2groups were
statisticallysignificant ( P <0.05 ) .ThedifferenceofwaisttohipratioandTGin2groupsafter
treatmentwasnotstatisticallysignificant ( P >0.05 ) .Theclinicalefficacyandtotaleffectiverate
ofthe2groups werestatisticallysignificant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Theclinicaleffectof
Qianggancapsuleonobesefattyliverwassignificant.
