Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To analyze the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), microRNA18a(miR18a) and minichromosome maintenance 7(MCM7) in uterus myoma tissues.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The expression of VEGF, progesterone receptor (PR), estrogen receptor (ER) and MCM7 of 43 uterus myoma tissues and perimyoma normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, the expression of miR18a were detected by in situ hybridization method. The expression results were compared and analyzed.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The positive rates of  VEGF, PR, ER and MCM7 in uterus myoma tissues were significantly higher than those in perimyoma normal tissues, the positive rates of miR18a was significantly lower than those in perimyoma normal tissues(P<0.05). The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed, the expression of PR,ER were positively correlated with the expression of VEGF, and MCM7(P<0.05) were positively correlated with the expression of miR18a(P<0.05).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓There are high expression of VEGF, MCM7 in uterus myoma, the expression of miR18a is low,It is closely related with the occurrence and development of myoma of uterus.
