Abstract: Objective To separate and determine agrimophol in agrimonia pilosa ledeb.Methods Agrimophol was determined by high performance liquid chormatography with a column of Kmmasil ODS (5 μm, 15 cm×4.6 mm i.d.). The mobile phase was MeOH∶H2O (75∶25),λ=292 nm.Results The average recovery and RDS of agrimophol was 97.15 % and 0.96 % (n=6).Conclusion This method could be used for determination of agrimophol in agrimonia pilosa ledeb effectively.
