Abstract: Objective　To compare the efficacy of Ninghongxin(a kind of domestic rhu-EPO) and Lixuebao in treatment of renal anemia.Methods　120 patients with renal anemia were randomly divided to receive Ninghongxin (n=60) in a dose of 2000U,three times every week for 12 weeks, and Lixuebao (n=60) in a dose of 3000U,twice every week for 12 weeks.Results　After treatment, the total effective rate of Ninghongxin was 86.7 %，the effective rate was 55 %.The total effective rate of Lixuebao was 85 %, the effective rate was 50 %.There is no significant difference between all parameters of the two groups.Conclusion　The study showed that the efficacy of Ninghongxin in the treatment of renal anemia is as effective as those of Lixuebao in doses stated above.
