Abstract: Objective Different types of tension-free hernia repair were used to treat various types of inguinal hernia,and curative effect was evaluated for a standardized treatment in clinical practice.Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with inguinal hernia treated with tension-free hernia repair were retrospectively analyzed.Results All cases were operated successfully.The mean operation time was 35-45min.Wound healing in all patients discharged from hospital,without serous hematoma and infection.Seven days after surgery,the incidence of no pain and mild pain of experimental group (98.7%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (93.4%).The patients were followed up 2-24 months after operation,no case recurred.Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair in inguinal hernia individually is an effective surgical method.The individual method is safe and effective,the post-operation recovery is quick and the result is satisfactory.Individual application of tension-free hernia repair in inguinal hernia contributes to standardized treatment.
