Abstract ] Objective Toobservetheefficacyandsafetyofultrasound-guidedwithequal
smalldoesropivacaineofdifferentconcentrationsinbrachialplexusblock.Methods Sixty-three
casesofupperlimbsurgerywithASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ electiveinbrachialplexusblockwereselected.
Accordingtothedifferentanestheticconcentration , thepatientsweredividedinto A , B , C
groups , 20patientsingroupA , 22casesingroupB ,
21casesingroupC.GroupA wasgiven
0. 375%ropivacaine26. 67 mL , groupB wasgiven0. 50% ropivacaine20. 00 mL , groupC was
given0. 75%ropivacaine13.
33mL.Theonsettimeofsensoryblock , thedurationofanalgesia ,
thetotalnumberofblocksegmentandtotalblock , theonsetofmotorblock , therecoverytime
andtheincidenceofcomplicationsin3groupswereobservedandrecorded.Results Threegroups
ofpatientsweresatisfiedwiththeeffectofanesthesia.Sensoryblockadetimeandanalgesiceffect
timeofgroupA werelongerthanBandCgroup , thetotalnumberofblocksectionwasmore
thangroupB , C , thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant ( P <0.05 ) .Completeblockrateof
threegroupswerenotstatisticallysignificant ( P >0.05 ) .ModifiedBromagescoreof3groupwere abovetwopoints.Threegroupswithin15 min movementcompletelyblockwereabove95%.
