Abstract ] Objective Toinvestigatethechangesofcontinuousadministrationofmetoprolol
tartratetabletsinsixdaysonthepharmacokineticofinrats.Methods Fortyratswererandomly
dividedintotwogroups with20ratsineachgroup.Eachratinthetestgroup wasgiven
metoprololtartrate ( 27mg /
kg
), andeachratinthecontrolgroupwasgivenequalvolumeof
distilledwaterorally , twicedailyfor6days.Onday7 , eachratintwogroupsrecievedasingle
doseof metoprololtartrate ( 27 mg /
kg
) .Bloodsamples weretakenatdifferenttimesafter
administrationfromtheinnercanthus.Theconcentrationsofmetoprololtartrateweredetermined
byultraperformanceliquidchromatography ( UPLC ) .Thepharmacokineticparametersofthetwo
groupswerecalculatedwithDAS2. 1. 1pharmacokineticsoftwareandwerecomparedwithSPSS
