Abstract: [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To understand the influence of autoantibodies on the clinical features of elderly patients with chronic renal failure, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Ninety elderly patients with chronic renal failure were divided into 2 groups according to the detection results of autoantibodies, including 46 cases of patients with autoantibodies(positive group) and 44 cases without autoantibody(negative group). The clinical data and laboratory results of the 2 groups were compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The proportion of local infections and renal osteodystrophy in positive group was lower than that in negative group(P<005). The proportion of partial organ resection was higher than that of negative group(P<005). Logistic regression analysis revealed that partial organ resection was a independent risk factor of producing autoantibodies(P<005). Local infections and renal osteodystrophy were independent protective 〖JP2〗factors of producing autoantibodies(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Autoantibodies have a certain influence〖JP〗 on the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with chronic renal failure, and attention should be paid in clinical treatment.
