Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the application of humanistic care in plastic surgery patients.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓 From August to September 2017, patients who received plastic surgery in the second hospital of Hebei medical university and who underwent surgery were selected as research subjects and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission. The control group was used conventional nursing methods, the experimental group was used the routine care based on the addition of humanistic care. We observed the pulse, respiratory rate and blood pressure of patients in test group and control group on admission, preoperative day 1 and postoperative 3 days, and to find whether there is any difference in patients overall satisfaction with nursing service quality so as to explore the humanized psychology nursing on the quality of care in plastic surgery patients.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The satisfaction and satisfaction scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<005). The pulse, respiration, systolic pressure, and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, and there was a statistically significant difference in the pulse between groups, time, and time between groups(P<005). There were significant differences in the interactions between respiration and between groups and time points(P<005). There was a statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure between the groups(P<005). There was a statistically significant difference in diastolic pressure monitoring between groups and between groups and time points(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Humanistic care can effectively improve the overall satisfaction of nursing service to patients with orthopedic surgery, and can reduce the fluctuation of vital signs of patients to the normal level, which benefits a lot and is worth popularizing.
