Construction and evaluation of multidisciplinary nursing team in elderly patients with hip fracture

Abstract: [ Abstract ] Objective To explore the establishment , management and effect of
multidisciplinarycareteamintheelderlypatientswithhipfractureinthemultidisciplinemedical
cooperationmode.Methods Amultidisciplinarynursingteamincludedepartmentoforthopedics ,
respiration , cardiology , endocrinologywassetup.Divisionofresponsibilities , workflow , nurse
schedulingand quality according to the multidisciplinary medicalcooperation mode were
managed.Thepatient'ssatisfaction , caredefectsandtheoreticalknowledgeandtechnicallevel
were evaluated and compared between before and after organization of multidisciplinary
cooperationteam.Results Comparing withbeforeorganizationof multidisciplinarynursing
team , thepatient'ssatisfaction ( P <0.05 ), thescoresoftheoreticalknowledge ( P <0.05 ),
technicalqualifiedrate ( P <0.05 ) weresignificantlyimprovedandthecaredefectswasreduced
(
P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Multidisciplinarycareteamisanewnursingmodetoadapttothemulti
disciplinehealthcarecooperationmodeandanewtypeofnursingcareforelderlypatientswith hipfracture.
