〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗探讨集束化护理模式预防血液透析患者导管相关血流感染的效果。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗回顾性分析血液透析患者202例，将给予常规护理的101例患者作为对照组，实施集束化护理模式的101例患者作为观察组,比较2组日常生活能力、住院时间、对集束化护理满意度、血流感染发生情况。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗观察组导管留置时间短于对照组，导管相关性血流感染率低于对照组，日常生活能力明显优于对照组，住院时间明显短于对照组，对护理模式的满意程度和总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗血液透析患者采用集束化护理模式，可减少导管相关血流感染率，护理操作逻辑性和针对性强,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: ［Abstract］Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the effect of clustered nursing mode on prevention of catheter-related bloodstream infection in hemodialysis patients.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗A retrospective analysis of 202 patients with hemodialysis was performed. 101 patients who received routine nursing were used as the control group. 101 patients who underwent clustered nursing mode were used as observation group. The daily living ability, hospitalization time, cluster nursing satisfaction and bloodstream infections between the two groups were compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗In the observation group, the catheter indwelling time was shorter than that in the control group. The catheter-related bloodstream infection rate was lower than that of the control group. The daily living ability was significantly higher than that of the control group. The hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group, and the satisfaction degree and total satisfaction of the nursing model were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗The hemodialysis patients adopt the clustering nursing mode, which can reduce the infection rate of catheter-related bloodstream. The nursing operation is logical and targeted, which is worthy of clinical application.
