血清镁水平与2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的相关性分析

摘要: [摘要] 目的 探讨血清镁水平与 2 型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死( diabetesmellitusandcerebralinfarctim , DACI )
的关系。方法 收集 2 型糖尿病( type2diabetesmellitus , T2DM )突发急性脑梗死患者 43 例作为 DACI 组,同期新
诊断的 2 型糖尿病患者 38 例作为 T2DM 组,选取 43 例健康体检者作为对正常对照组,所有受试者入院后分别测
量身高、体质量及血压( bloodpressure ,
BP ),抽取空腹血检测血清镁水平、空腹血糖( fastingbloodglucose , FBG )、
糖化血红蛋白( hemoglobinA 1 c , HbA
1 c )、总胆固醇( totalcholesterol , TC )、三酰甘油( triglyceride , TG )、低密度脂蛋
白胆固醇(
low-densitylipoproteincholesterol , LDL-C )、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( high-densitylipoproteincholesterol ,
HDL-C ),分析血清镁与各指标间的相关性及与 DACI 的关系。结果 与正常对照组相比, T2DM 组及 DACI 组血
清镁水平均下降( P <0.05 );
DACI 组血清镁水平较 T2DM 组降低 P <0.05 )。 Pearson 相关分析显示 DACI 组血清
镁水平与 BP 、 FPG 、 HbA 1 c 、 TC 、 TG 、 LDL-C 均呈负相关( P <0.05 ),与 BMI 及 HDL-C 均无相关性( P >0.
05 )。多
元 Logistic 回归分析显示血清镁水平、 BP 、 FBG 及 HbA 1 c 是糖尿病患者发生急性脑梗死的危险因素( P <0.05 )。
结论 低血镁是 2 型糖尿病患者发生急性缺血性脑血管病变的重要危险因素。

Abstract: [ Abstract ] Objective This study aimsto evaluatethe relationship between serum
magnesiumlevelsandtype2diabetesmellituscomplicatedwithacutecerebralinfarction , andto
providesreferenceforthepreventionandtreatmentofdiabeticcomplications.Methods In
collected81casesfromJanuary2013toDecember2014atthecentralhospitalofCangzhou , type2
diabetesmellituscomplicated withacutecerebralinfarction ( n =43 ) werechosenasdiabetes
mellitusandcerebralinfarctim ( DACI ) group , patientswithT2DMandwithoutacuteorchronic
complicationsinducedbyT2DM ( n =38 ) werechosenasT2DM group , 40healthyindividuals
wereregardedasnormalcontrolgroup.Theserum magnesium levelsforallpatients were
detected , thelevelsofbloodpressure ( BP ), fastingbloodglucose ( FBG ), hemoglobin A 1 c
( HbA 1 c ), triglyceride ( TG ), totalcholesterol ( TC ), low-densitylipoproteincholesterol (
LDL-C ),
high-densitylipoproteincholesterol ( HDL-C ) andBMIweremeasuredaswell.Results Compared
withcontrolgroup , thelevelofserum magnesiuminDACIgroupandT2DM wereobviously
decreased ( all P <0.05 ) andthelevelinT2DMgroupswaslowerthanthatinDACIgroup ( P <
0.05 ) .CorrelatedanalysisofeveryfactorinDACIgroupshowedthattheserum magnesiumlevel wasnegativerelatedwithBP , FPG , HbA 1 c , TC , TG , LDL-C ( all P <0.05 ) andnotrelatedwith
BMIandHDL-C ( all P >0.05 ) .MultivariateLogisticregressionanalysisrevealedthattheserum
magnesiumlevels , BP , FBG , HbA 1 careriskfactorsfordiabetespatientswithacutecerebral
infarction ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Hypomagnesemiaisanimportantriskfactorfor T2DM
patientswithacuteischemiccerebrovasculardisease.
