品管圈活动在提高神经内科住院患者健康宣教满意度中的应用

摘要: [摘要] 目的 提高神经内科住院患者健康宣教满意度。方法 成立品管圈小组,并随机选取住院患者 100 例
分为试验组和对照组。确定“提高神经内科住院患者健康宣教满意度”为活动主题,遵循 PDCA 循环的工作流程,
分析影响神经内科住院患者健康宣教满意度的因素并采取相应的措施。比较 2 组满意度结果的差异,观察品管圈
活动对患者满意度的改善情况。结果 对照组和试验组各发放问卷 50 份,回收率 100% ,试验组满意度高于对照
组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05 );此次品管圈活动目标达成率为 118% ,进步率为 21% ,说明此次品管圈活动采取
的措施是有效的。结论 品管圈活动可有效提高神经内科住院患者健康宣教满意度,增强护理人员的积极性、自信
心和团队凝聚力,促进护患关系,提升护士的管理意识。

Abstract: [
Abstract ] Objective Toimprovethehealtheducationsatisfactionoftheneurologypatients
inhospital.Methods Thequalitycontrolcircles ( QCC ) groupwasestablish , and100patientsin
hospitalrandomly wereselected , whom wereseperatedintocontrolgroupandexperimental
group.Weconfirmedthethemeofthesurvey , followedbytheprocessofthePDCAcirculation ,
analyzedtheimpactfactorsofthesatisfaction ofhealth education , tookreciprocalaction.
Differenceofsatisfactionforbothgroups wascompared , andtheimprovementofpatients'
satisfactionbyQCCwasobserved.Results Fiftysurveyquestionnairesweredistributedtoboth
groups , 100% werecollected , thesatisfactionofcontrolgroupwashigherthantheexperimental
group , whichissignificantdifferent ( P <0. 05 ) .ThetargetyieldrateoftheQCCwas118%and
progressratewas21% , whichshowedgreateffectivenessoftheQCC.Conclusion TheQCCcan
improvethehealtheducationsatisfactionoftheneurologypatientsinhospitaleffectively , can
strengthentheenthusiasm , confidenceandteamcohension , canimprovetherelationshipbetween
nursesandpatientsandthemanagementawarenessofthenurses.
