氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪联合叶酸片治疗H型高血压效果观察

〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗观察氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪联合叶酸片治疗H型高血压效果及对血清同型半胱氨酸（homocysteine,Hcy）、叶酸、高敏C反应蛋白（hyper sensitive Creactive protein，hsCRP）、β2微球蛋白（β2microglobulin，β2MG）、胱抑素C（cystatin C，CysC）的影响。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗将H型高血压患者126例随机分为对照组63例和观察组63例。对照组口服氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合口服叶酸片治疗，8周后，比较2组降压疗效及Hcy、叶酸、hsCRP、β2MG、CysC指标变化情况。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗2组降压疗效和总有效率差异均无统计学意义(P＞005)。治疗后2组收缩压、舒张压、血清Hcy、hsCRP、β2MG、CysC水平较治疗前显著降低，且观察组低于对照组，治疗后2组叶酸较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜005)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗应用氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪联合叶酸片治疗H型高血压患者，临床疗效显著，可有效降低血压，改善血清Hcy、叶酸、hsCRP、β2MG、CysC各指标水平。

Abstract: ［Abstract］  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe antihypertensive effect of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide combined with folic acid tablets on Htype hypertension, and to observe the effects on homocysteine（Hcy）， folic acid, hyper sensitive Creactive protein（hsCRP）， β2microglobulin（β2MG） and cystatin C（CysC）. 
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 126 patients with Htype hypertension were enrolled and divided into control group(n=63) and treatment group(n=63). The control group was given losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide. The treatment group was given losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide combined with folic acid tablets. After eight weeks, we observed antihypertensive effect and changes of serum levels of Hcy， folic acid，hsCRP， β2MG and CysC between both groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓There was no significant difference in antihypertensive effect and total effective rate between both groups(P＞005). Compared to prior treatment, SBP， DBP， the serum levels of Hcy， hsCRP，β2MG and CysC were obviously decreased, the serum level of folic acid was rised after treatment in both groups. And the changes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, there was statistically significant(P＜005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide combined with folic acid tablets obtains an obvious efficacy on Htype hypertension. It can effectively lower blood pressure and improve the serum levels of Hcy， folic acid， hsCRP， β2MG and CysC.
