〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨标准化营养干预对营养科减重门诊646例患者体成分的影响。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗回顾性分析河北省人民医院营养科减重门诊就诊的超重/肥胖患者646例,其中男性190例,女性456例,均采取标准化营养干预措施。1个月后,采用InBody 720人体成分分析仪检测体成分变化情况,包括肥胖相关指标如体重、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、体脂肪、腰围、内脏脂肪面积(visceral fat area,VFA)及瘦体组织相关指标如骨骼肌、蛋白质、无机盐、基础代谢等。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗646例超重/肥胖患者在进行为期1个月的标准化营养干预后,肥胖相关指标:体重、BMI、体脂肪、腰围、VFA均显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗标准化营养干预可有效改善超重/肥胖患者的体成分,并为进一步设立标准化医学营养治疗减重管理工作流程提供理论依据。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To study the effect of standardized nutritional intervention on the body composition of 646 patients with overweight/obesity.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Retrospective study of 646 cases with overweight/obesity patients who were visiting the weight loss clinic of Hebei General Hospital nutrition department, 190 were male and 456 were female who all received standardized nutritional intervention. A month later, using the InBody 720 body composition analyzer to measure the change of body composition, including the obesity related indexes: body weight, body mass index(BMI), body fat, waistline, visceral fat area(VFA) and the lean body mass related indexes: skeletal muscle, protein, mineral salts, basal metabolism, etc.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓A total of 646 overweight/obesity patients were in a monthstandardized nutritional intervention, the obesity related indexes: body weight, BMI, body fat, waistline and VFA were decreased after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The standardized nutritional interventions can effectively improve the body composition of the overweight/obese patients, and then improve the health of the patients, which will provide a theoretical basis for further establishing the workflow of standardized medical nutrition treatment for weight loss management.
