经肝、经脾接种VX2瘤株建立兔肝脏肿瘤模型的比较

Comparison of liver tumor models of rabbit inoculated with VX2 tumor through liver and spleen

摘要: [[摘要] 目的 将 VX2 瘤株接种于兔不同部位(肝脏及脾脏),观察是否能够成功建立兔肝脏肿瘤模型,通过
观察其 CT 增强扫描及数字减影血管造影( digitalsubtractionangiography , DSA )检查的影像学特点,探讨 2 种模型
的差异。方法 将 60 只实验兔随机分为 2 组各 30 只。 A 组将 VX2 细胞悬液 1mL ( 1×10

mL )种植于兔肝脏。 B
组将 VX2 细胞悬液 1mL ( 1×10
7 /
mL )种植于兔脾脏。分别于种植后第 14 天及第 15 天行 CT 增强扫描及 DSA 检
查。结果 A 组中 30 只实验兔全部建模成功并完成实验, B 组中有 28 只建模成功并完成实验。 A 组 CT 扫描及
DSA 检查肝脏多发病灶数、肝脏环形强化病灶数与 B 组比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05 )。结论 ① 经肝脏及脾
脏种植 VX2 细胞悬液均能成功建立兔肝脏肿瘤模型。 ② 通过肝脏接种 VX2 瘤株建立的模型, CT 扫描及 DSA 表
现更接近人类原发性肝癌;通过脾脏接种 VX2 瘤株建立的模型, CT 扫描及 DSA 表现更接近于人类肝转移瘤。

Abstract: [
Abstract ] Objective Toobservewhethertherabbitlivertumormodelscanbesuccessfully
establishedandtoexplorethedifference betweenthe2 models.VX2tumorstrains were
inoculatedindifferentpartsoftherabbit ( liverandspleen ) .Imagingfeatureswereexaminedby
usingCTenhancedscananddigitalsubtractionangiography ( DSA ) .Methods Sixtyrabbitswere
dividedintotwogroupsrandomly ( 30rabbitsineachgroup ) .Ingroup A , thetumorcell
suspensioninavolumeof1mLwasinjectedintoliver.IngroupB , thesuspensionwasinjected
intospleen.TherabbitswereexaminedbyCTperfusionscanandDSAat14and15daysafter
implantation.TheCT manifestation ( thenumberandenhancementcharacteristicsofhepatic
lesions ), themanifestationofDSA ( thenumberandstainofthelesions ) andtheparametersof
CTperfusionscanwereobserved.Results ThrityrabbitsmodelsingroupAwereallsuccessfully
establishedandtheexperimentswerecompleted.Twenty-eightrabbitsmodelsingroupBwereall
successfullyestablishedandtheexperimentswerecompleted.Thereweresignificantdifferences
intheCTscan , DSAexaminationofmultiplefocalliverlesionsandnumberofringenhanced
lesionsinliverbetweengroupAandgroupB ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Therabbitlivertumor
modelwassuccessfullyestablishedbyVX2cellsuspensioncultureinliverandspleen.Themodel
establishedbyliverinoculated with VX2tumorstrain wasfoundtobe moreclosetohuman
primarylivercancerbyusingtheCTscanandDSA.Themodelestablishedbyspleeninoculated
withVX2tumorstrainwasfoundtobemoreclosetohumanprimarylivermetastasisbyusing theCTscanandDSA.
