〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨Graves病患儿的维生素D状况及维生素D在Graves病发病机制中的作用。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗选择石家庄市汉族Graves病患儿37例。按初诊时间分为夏秋季组(初诊时间6—11月)及冬春季组(初诊时间12月—次年5月);按年龄分为<10岁组及≥10岁组。所有患儿采集空腹静脉血4 mL,测定促甲状腺激素、总甲状腺素、游离甲状腺素、总三碘甲腺原氨酸、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸、促甲状腺激素受体抗体、甲状腺球蛋白、甲状腺球蛋白抗体及25羟维生素D水平;超声测定甲状腺左叶和右叶长、宽、厚度,计算甲状腺体积;口服131碘法测定3,6,24 h吸碘率;电化学法测定中段尿尿碘。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗37例Graves病患儿25羟维生素D水平为(49.95±22.82) nmol/L,缺乏者11例(29.73%),不足者4例(10.81%),充足者22例(59.46%)。夏秋季组25羟维生素D水平高于冬春季组(P<005)。年龄<10岁组与≥10岁组25羟维生素D水平差异无统计学意义(P>005)。血清25羟维生素D水平与甲状腺体积、总甲状腺素、游离甲状腺素、总三碘甲腺原氨酸、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸、尿碘、3 h131碘吸碘率、6 h131碘吸碘率、24 h 131碘吸碘率均无相关性(P>005)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗Graves病患儿血清25羟维生素D水平未见明显降低,季节性变化仍然存在;血清25羟维生素D水平并不影响Graves病患儿实验室及临床参数。

Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the 25 hydroxyvitamin D status in children with Graves disease and the role of vitamin D in the pathogenesis of Graves disease.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Thirtyseven children with Graves disease in Shijiazhuang Han nationality were selected. The patients were divided into summerautumn group(JuneNovember) and winterspring group(December to May of the following year) according to the time of their first visit, and < 10 years old group and ≥10 years old group according to the age. Four milliliters of fasting venous blood were collected to test thyrotropin, total thyroxin, free thyroxine,total triiodothyronine, free triiodothyronine, thyrotropin receptor antibody and thyroglobulin, thyroglobulin antibody, 25 hydroxyvitamin D level; The lengths, widths and thicknesses of the right and left lobes of the thyroid were measured by ultrasound and the volume of thyroid was calculated. The iodine uptake rate of 3, 6 and 24hour were measured by oral 131I method, and the iodine in the midstream urine was measured by electrochemical method.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D in 37 children with Graves disease was(49.95±22.82) nmol/L, 11 cases(29.73%)were deficient, 4 cases(10.81%) were insufficient  and 22 cases(59.46%) were sufficient. The levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D in the summerautumn group was higher than the winterspring group(P<005).The 25 hydroxyvitamin D level was no significant difference between <10 years old group and ≥10 years old(P>005). There were no correlations between serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D level and thyroid volume,total thyroxin, free thyroxine, total triiodothyronine, free triiodothyronine, urine iodine, 131I iodine absorption rate at 3, 6 and 24hour(P>0.05).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The serum level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D in children with Graves disease was not significantly decreased, and the seasonal changes were still present. The level of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D does not affect the laboratory and clinical parameters of children with Graves disease.
