Effects of extended family care for patients with coronary heart disease after PCI#br#

Abstract: [
Abstract ] Objective Totesttheeffectsofanextendedfamilycareforpatients with
coronaryheartdiseaseafterpercutaneouscoronaryintervention ( PCI ) .Methods Patientwere
randomlydividedintocontrolgroupandstudygroupaccordingtodigitalrandom method ,
including96individualswithcoronaryheartdiseaseafterPCI.Thecontrolgroup ( n =47 ) received
routinecareandthestudygroup ( n =49 ) receivedextendedfamilycare.Thestudywascarriedout
ontwogroupsofpatientswith1month , 3months , 6monthsand12monthsoftelephonevisits
orhomevisits.Thelifestyleanddietcontrol , treatmentcompliance , andtheonsettimesandre
hospitalizationrateof2groupsofpatients werecompared.Results There weresignificant
differencesinthegroup , timeandtimebetweenthegroupsforthechangesoflifestyleandthe
complianceofdietcontrolin2groups ( P <0.05 ) .Thereweresignificantdifferencesinthegroup ,
timeandtimebetweenthegroupsforthenumberofepisodesofanginapectorisandthenumber
oftimesofhospitalizationin2groups ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Extendedfamilycareforpatients
withcoronaryheartdiseasenotonlychangesthehabitsofpatients , butalsoimprovesthe
treatmentcomplianceofpatients.
