Abstract: [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the effect of clustered nursing mode on prevention of catheter-related bloodstream infection in hemodialysis patients.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗A retrospective analysis of 202 patients with hemodialysis was performed. 101 patients who received routine nursing were used as the control group. 101 patients who underwent clustered nursing mode were used as observation group. The daily living ability, hospitalization time, cluster nursing satisfaction and bloodstream infections between the two groups were compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗In the observation group, the catheter indwelling time was shorter than that in the control group. The catheter-related bloodstream infection rate was lower than that of the control group. The daily living ability was significantly higher than that of the control group. The hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group, and the satisfaction degree and total satisfaction of the nursing model were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗The hemodialysis patients adopt the clustering nursing mode, which can reduce the infection rate of catheter-related bloodstream. The nursing operation is logical and targeted, which is worthy of clinical application.
