Abstract: [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To explore the feasibility and safety of transurethral cystoscopy-assisted laparoscopic repair of bladder rupture in clinical application.
〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Nineteen bladder rupture patients withcompliance requirements were selected. Laparoscopic repair of bladder rupture was performed in emergency. During the operation, cystoscopy was inserted into the urethra to observe the location of bladder rupture and monitor the repair. Operation time, bleeding volume, leakage of urine after operation, pain score after operation, hospitalization time were record.
〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗All the patients have successfully completed the operation, the operation time was 47 to 134 min, with an average of (71.6±19.0) min. The bleeding volume was 10 to 150 mL, with an average was (38.9±22.6) mL. The catheter was removed 7 days after operation. All patients recovered well without leakage of urine.Painful score was 2 to 4 at 4 hours after operation, with an average of 2.6±0.5. The hospitalization time was 3 to 5 days, with an average of (3.9±0.8) days.
〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗The transurethral cystoscopy-assisted laparoscopic repair of bladder rupture is effective, safe, quick recovery and less pain, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
