Abstract: [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To evaluate the improvement of left ventricular global systolic function in coronary artery diseasepatients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI), and then investigate the value of PCI.
〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗According to coronary angiography, 107 suspected coronary artery disease patients were divided into two groups:coronary stenosis group(n=69), control group(n=38). All the conventional images and the three-dimentional full volume dynamic images of left ventricular were collected before and after surgery of 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. The changes of left ventricular global longitudinal strain(GLS), global circumferential strain(GCS), global radial strain(GRS), global area strain(GAS),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular shortening fraction(LVFS), left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV) and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV) between preoperative and postoperativewere analyzed.
〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The body mass index, systolic blood pressure, smoking rate, heart rate and fasting blood-glucose of coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left atrial diameter,LVEDV and LVESV were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). LVEF,LVSF,GLS, GCS, GAS,GRS were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). GLS, GCS, GAS,GRSof 1 month, 3 months and 6 months postoperatively were higher than those before operation. GLS, GCS, GAS and GRS of 3 months and 6 months postoperatively were higher than those of 1 month postoperatively. GLS, GCS, GAS and GRS of 6 months postoperatively were higher than those of 3 months postoperatively(P<0.05).The correlation coefficients of GAS, GLS, GRS and GCS were 0.856, 0.949, 0.824 and 0.913, respectively. The repeatability of four strain measurements were good.
〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Real-time three-dimentional specke tracking imaging can quantitatively assess the improvement of left ventricular global systolic function in coronary heart disease patients after PCI.
