Dynamic observation and analysis of sIL2R in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis in different age groups

Abstract ] Objective Throughthedynamicobservationofclinicalsymptomsandsoluble
interleukin-2receptor ( sIL-2R ) inpatientswithactivepulmonarytuberculosisindifferetagesand
indifferentstagesofthetreatment , toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenthediseasevarietyand
sIL-2Rinelderlypatients.Methods Eightypatientswithsecondarypulmonarytuberculosiswere
dividedintogroupA ( youngerthan60yearsold , 40cases ) andgroupB ( olderthan60yearsold ,
40cases ) .Allpatientswerereceived2HRZE / 4HRanti-tuberculosistreatment.Inthreedifferent
timepoints [ beforethetreatment , 1 month afterthetreatmentand 6 monthsafterthe
treatment ], thechangesofthechlinicalsymptoms , sputumnegativeconversionrate , thechest
X-rayimagesandtheconcentionsofsIL-2R wereobserved.Thedynamicchangesofimmune
statusin2groupswerecomparedandanalyzed.Results Onemonthafterthetreatment , the
changesoftheclinicalsymptoms , sputumnegativeconversionrate , thechestX-rayimagesof
groupAwerebetterthanthoseofgroupB ( all P <0.05 ) .Sixmonthsafterthetreatment , the differenceofeffectiveratesbetweenthetwogroupshadnostatisticalsignificance ( P >0.05 ) .The
2groupsinthetreatmentof1monthsand6monthsshowedagradualdownwardtrend.ButtheB
groupatalltimepointswerehigherthantheAgroup.Thereweresignificantdifferencesbetween
the2groupsinthegroup , thetimebetweenthetime , theinteractionbetweenthegroups (
P <
0.05 ) .Conclusion TherecoveryofsIL-2Rlevelinthecourseoftreatmentinelderlypatientsis
slowerthanthatofyoungerpatients.Thesemayaffectthetreatmentandthecuretimeofelderly
patientswithpulmonarytuberculosis
