Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To study the value of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 168 patients with gynecological acute abdomen confirmed by surgery was randomly assigned to transabdominal  ultrasound group (n=56), transvaginal ultrasound group (n=56), and the combined approach group (n=56). The ultrasound results were compared with clinical diagnostic results.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The results showed that the accuracy of the combined ultrasound diagnosis was 94.6%, the accuracy rate of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound were 73.2% and 82.1%, respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of combined ultrasound diagnosis group was significantly different from that of the 2 groups (P<005). Coincidental rate of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound was significantly higher than that alone use, there was significant difference between them.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen is superior to the single application of abdominal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound. The diagnostic accuracy is obviously improved, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
