Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To analyze the results of the national and the provincial external quality assessment(EQA) of the county agencies clinical Laboratory that taking part in the prepregnancy health examination project in Hebei province. New suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the next step.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The results of every county agencies was reviewed using the method of retrospective analysis.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓From the results of national EQA, compared to 2012 and 2013, the excellent rate in 2014 is higher and higher, while the failure rate is lower and lower(P<005). Hebei provincial EQA showed that the total feedback rate in 2015 has reached 100.00%. The excellent rate in 2015 is 59.07% percent(101/171), significantly increased than 44.55% (49/110) in 2013(P<005). The proportion of HBcAb, syphilis antibody, senum creatinine, WBC, RBC(＞80-100) from 171 institutions of Hebei province is increased significantly in 2015 than in 2013, the difference was statistically significant(P<005) in 2015 .
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Since the launch of the national prepregnancy health examination project，the quality of clinical examination in Hebei province is increasing year by year，but there are still some room for improvement.
