Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To study the expression of growth arrest specific6(Gas6) and matrix metallo proteinase9(MMP9) in cholangiocarcinoma and its correlation with clinical parameters. 〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The expression of Gas6 and MMP9 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry(SP) in 60 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 17 cases of paracancerous bile ducts, combined with the clinical parameters of patients(age, tumor differentiation, tumor size, with or without lymph node metastasis, with or without hepatic artery and portal vein invasion) and other clinical factors for comprehensive analysis. 〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The positive expression rate of Gas6 in cholangiocarcinoma was 71.7%, which was higher than that in paracancerous tissues(29.4%)(P<005). The positive expression rate of Gas6 in cholangiocarcinoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion(P<005). The positive expression rate of MMP9 in cholangiocarcinoma was 66.7%, which was higher than that in paracancerous tissues(35.3%)(P<005). The expression of MMP9 in cholangiocarcinoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion(P<005). There was positive relationship between the expression of Gas6 and MMP9(P<005). 〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The expression of Gas6 and MMP9 was closly associated with the development and progression of cholangiocarcinoma.
