Abstract ] Objective Toinvestigatetheeffectofnutritionalsupportinthetreatmentof
elderly patients with advanced digestive tract cancer by interventional placement of
gastrointestinaltractunderX-ray.Methods Fiftypatientswithlatedigestivetracttumorwere
randomlydividedinto2groups : Observationgroupof25caseswithX-rayplacedinjejunum
nutritiontubeenteralnutritionsupportandcontrolgroup25casestoparenteralnutrition.After
onemonthtreatment , changesofbloodalbumin , hemoglobinandimmunoglobulinlevelsintwo
groupswerevcompared.Thecomplicationsofthe2groupswerecompared.Results Twogroups
aftertreatmentalbumin 、 hemoglobinandimmunoglobulin , IgA , IgMandIgG werehigherthan
beforetreatment ( P <0.05 ) .Compared withthecontrolgroup , theaboveindexesofthe
observationgroup weresignificantlyhigher.Observationgroupaftertreatmentofalbumin 、
hemoglobinandimmunoglobulin , IgA , IgG , higherthanthecontrolgroup ( P <0.01 ), The
survivaltimeofpatientsintheobservationgroupappearlongerthanthecontrolgroup ( P <
0.05 ) .Theobservationgrouphadnocomplicationsduringthetreatment , andthecontrolgroup
had7casesofcomplications ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Elderlypatientswithadvanceddigestive
tract cancer were treated with nutritional support , which can effectively protect the
gastrointestinalfunction , improvethenutritionalstatusandimprovetheimmunefunctionofthe patientswithadvancedgastrointestinalcancer.
