Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To analyze the effect of minimally invasive operation combined with postoperative urokinase treatment on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its influences on patients′ complications and prognosis. 〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 118 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The control group was treated with traditional craniotomy surgery. The observation group was administrated minimally invasive puncture drainage combined with postoperative urokinase dissolution. Then the treatment effect, recent survival rate, complication rate, and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. 〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The treatment effect and recent survival rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<005). After treatment, the scores of somatic function, psychological function and social function in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment. The scores of physical function, psychological function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<005). 〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Minimally invasive puncture drainage combined with the treatment of postoperative urokinase dissolution has achieved a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with lower rate of complications. It not only can improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life after treatment, but also has a positive impact on the recovery of patients′ health. It should be widely applied and promoted in clinical practices.
