Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the effect of adriamycin combined with thermotherapy and antiprogrammed cell death ligand1(PDL1) antibodies on cell proliferation in U251 glioma cells, and to explore the expression of PDL1 of U251 glioma cells after being treated with adriamycin and/or thermotherapy.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓IC50 of adriamycin for U251 cells was determined by CCK8 assay. The U251 cells were divided into several groups according to different treatments, then the viability of cells were measured by CCK8 assay. The expression of PDL1 on the surface of U251 cells was determined by flow cytometry after treated with adriamycin and/or thermotherapy.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Adriamycin combined with thermotherapy and antiPDL1 antibodies could inhibit glioma cells growth obviously compared with other groups. Adriamycin combined with thermotherapy could upregulate the expression of PDL1.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Adriamycin combined with thermotherapy and antiPDL1 antibodies is a promising treatment regime for glioma and our research provides theoretical basis for the combination of adriamycin, thermotherapy and immunotherapy in glioma treatment.
