[Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the accuracy and quality control of 1〖DK〗∶1 DR chest radiography in whole-body radiotherapy.
Methods〖HTSS〗The 47 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected for 1〖DK〗∶1 DR chest radiography. According to the chest body thickness(front and back diameter), the patients were divided into A, B and C 3 groups, 17 in group A(body thickness H1≤ 20 cm), 15 in group B(body thickness H2 >20-24 cm), and 15 in group C(body thickness H3 >24 cm). According to the shape and size of lung field in 1〖DK〗∶1 DR chest radiograph, a lung block was made to shield the lung effectively in whole body radiotherapy. Set the left and right diameter of the patient′s chest as S1, and the distance between two chest walls of the chest image as S2. The printing proportion of photos before quality control was 100%, after quality control, the printing proportion of photos set according to the chest thickness range of patients was 93%, 91% and 89%, respectively. S1 and S2 of patients before and after quality control were compared. At the same time, the changes of S2 in the same patient under different respiratory states were compared.
Results〖HTSS〗Before quality control, the distance between two sides of chest wall(S2) in group A, B and C3 was significantly greater than that in group S1(P<0.05). After quality control, there was no significant difference between left and right chest diameter(S1) and the distance between two sides of chest wall(S2) in group A, B and C(P>0.05). The deep breath holding state S2 of the same patient was significantly higher than that of the calm breath holding state S2(P<0.05).
Conclusion〖HTSS〗After control, according to the thickness of the patient′s chest, the printing proportion of the chest image was determined to be 93%, 91% and 89%, respectively. The DR chest film with the same lung field and lung size on the DR chest film, 1〖DK〗∶1 DR chest film, can be obtained. The lung lead block made according to it can shield the lung accurately in the whole body radiotherapy, which is worth popularizing and applying.

Methods〖HTSS〗A total of 150 patients who underwent gynecological hysteroscopic surgery under general anesthesia were selected and randomly divided into three groups, with 50 cases in each group. T group was given tracheal intubation to establish a safe airway, and P group was given ProSeal laryngeal mask, and S group was given Supreme laryngeal mask. The frequencies and success rate of tracheal intubation or laryngeal mask placement, intraoperative conditions, vital signs and complications were observed among three groups.
Results〖HTSS〗The success rate of one-time placement in P group and S group was higher than that in T group(P<0.05). The placement time in S group was smaller than that in T group, and the extubation time in P group and S group was smaller than that in T group, and the airway sealing pressure was higher than that in T group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the success rate, placement time, extubation time and airway sealing pressure of laryngeal mask placement between P group and S group(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in anesthesia time and recovery time among three groups(P>0.05). The mean artery pressure(MAP), heart rate(HR) and pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2) in the three groups were fluctuating at each time point, and there were statistically significant differences in the time-point effects and interactions of time-point and between-groups(P<0.05), and there were no significant differences in the MAP, HR and SpO2 among the three groups at each time point(P>0.05). The incidence rates of postoperative sore throat and dysphagia in P group and S group were lower than those in T group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of bucking, laryngospasm, gaseous distention and jaw pain among the three groups(P>0.05).
Conclusion〖HTSS〗Compared with tracheal intubation, hysteroscopic surgery under general anesthesia for laryngeal mask to establish a safe airway is easy to operate and easy to place, and it has better ventilation effects and airway sealing, and has no effects on hemodynamics during surgery and fewer complications after extubation. ProSeal laryngeal mask and Supreme laryngeal mask are well-applied for safe airway management in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.

[Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the effect of apoptotic cells on expression of interleukin-12(IL-12) family cytokines in macrophages.
Methods〖HTSS〗RAW264.7 (RAW cells) from the mouse macrophage cell lineage and mouse peritoneal macrophages were divided into 4 groups respectively: blank control group, lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulation group, apoptotic(apo) cell stimulation group, LPS+apo cell stimulation group, the levels of mIL-12p35, mIL-12p40 and mIL-23p19 in macrophage cell of each group before and after the stimulation were detected by real-time quantitative polymease chain reaction(PCR). The contents of IL-10, prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) in RAW cell supernatant were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).
Results〖HTSS〗The mRNA expression level of IL-12p35, IL-12p40 and IL-23p19 in RAW cells or mouse peritoneal macrophages were higher in LPS group than in blank control group and apo group. The mRNA level of IL-12p35, IL-12p40 and IL-23p19 in the LPS+apo group were higher than those in the blank control group and in the apo group, and lower than those in the LPS group(P<0.05). The concentrations of IL-10, PGE2 and TGF-β in the LPS group or LPS+apo group were all higher than those in the control group, and  the concentrations of TGF-β in LPS+apo group were significantly higher than those in the LPS group(P<0.05), while the differences of IL-10 or PGE2 concentrations in the LPS group and LPS+apo group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).
Conclusion〖HTSS〗Apoptotic cells inhibit the expression of IL-12p35, IL-12p40 and IL-23p19 mRNA in activated macrophages. Apoptotic cells have no effect on the secretion of IL-10 and PGE2, but can promote the secretion of TGF-β in macrophages.

[Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To compare two detection methods of goat-milk containing anti-Helicobacter pylori specific antibody, and to observe the clinical effect of antibody goat-milk.
Methods〖HTSS〗Goat-milk containing antibodies against Helicobacter pylori was prepared by immunizing dairy goat with international standard strains (ATCC26695, ATCC26695 and SS1 mixture). The valence of antibody against Helicobacter pylori in goat-milk was detected by double immunodiffusion test and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and then compare the two methods. 30 subjects were randomly assigned to two groups. The test group were treated with goat-milk containing Helicobacter pylori specific antibody, and control group with common goat-milk, drink for 30 days continuously. The effect was assessed by the 14C urea breath test(14C-UBT).
Results〖HTSS〗The results of the two methods all confirmed the existence of anti-Helicobacter pylori specific antibodies in goat milk, ELISA test show that the content of antibodies in the two goat-milk was higher than that in the control, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and with the increase of dilution ratio, the antibody content decreased gradually. There was no significant difference in antibody content between the two kinds of goat milk(P>0.05). Preliminary clinical trials have shown that the effective rate of the experimental group was 66.6% after taking the antibody goat-milk, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) compared with the control group.
Conclusion〖HTSS〗Both of the two detection methods can better prove the existence of anti-Helicobacter pylori specific antibodies in goat-milk. Methed of ELISA is simple and fast, which can more accurate quantitatively detect antibody content. And the results are more reliable. Clinical trials have shown that goat-milk containing Helicobacter pylori specific antibody can effectively reduce the value of 14C-UBT in patients, it has a good prospect of clinical application.
