超声刮治同步替硝唑冲洗治疗慢性牙周炎的效果及对龈沟液因子水平的影响

〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗观察超声刮治同步替硝唑冲洗治疗慢性牙周炎的效果及对龈沟液因子水平的影响。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗选取慢性牙周炎患者160例,随机分为研究组和对照组各80例,分别采用超声刮治同步替硝唑治疗和超声刮治同步蒸馏水干预。观察龈下刮治前及刮治后4周菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(periodontal depth, PD)、探诊出血指数(bleeding on probing,BOP)、牙周附着水平(attachment level,AL),并进行疗效评价;龈下刮治前及刮治后4周采集龈沟液标本,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测白细胞介素8(interleukin8,IL8)、基质金属蛋白酶8(matrix metalloproteinase8,MMP8)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物1(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase1,TIMP1)水平。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗研究组治疗后PLI、PD、BOP、AL低于治疗前和对照组,总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后IL8、MMP8、TIMP1水平低于治疗前和对照组(P<005)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗超声龈下治疗同步替硝唑冲洗能显著降低慢性牙周炎患者IL8、MMP8及TIMP1龈沟液因子水平,有效缓解炎症反应,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the effect of ultrasonic curettage and tinidazole flushing on curative effect and gingival crevicular fluid factor level in patients with chronic periodontitis.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓One hundred and sixty  patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, 80 cases in each group. Study group were treated with ultrasonic scraping synchronous tinidazole, control group scraping were treated with ultrasound scraping cure synchronous distilled water intervention. The plaque index(PLI), periodontal depth(PD), bleeding on probing(BOP) and attachment level(AL) were observed before and 4 weeks after gingival scaling, and the efficacy was evaluated. Gingival crevicular fluid samples were collected before and 4 weeks after gingival scaling, Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect interleukin 8(IL8), matrix metalloproteinase 8(MMP8) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase 1( TIMP1) level.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓After curettage, the PLI, PD, BOP and AL in the study group were lower than those before the treatment and the control group, the total effective rate was better than the control group(P<005). The level of IL8, MMP8 and TIMP1 in the study group was lower than that before the treatment and the control group(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Ultrasonic subgingival scaling and synchronous tinidazole flushing can significantly reduce the levels of IL8, MMP8 and TIMP1 in gingival crevicular fluid factor in patients with chronic periodontitis and effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction, with significant clinical effect and clinical value.
