白藜芦醇对大鼠脑缺血性损伤中TNF-α和IL-6水平的影响〖

Effect of the resveratrol on TNFα and IL6 levels in rats with ischemic injury

〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨白藜芦醇对大鼠脑缺血损伤中肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNFα)和白细胞介素6(inter    leukin 6,IL6)水平的影响。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗 36只大鼠制作成脑组织缺血模型,分为A组、B组、C组,每组12只,A组为对照组未治疗,B组和C组给予白藜芦醇25 mg/kg和白藜芦醇50 mg/kg,应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法检测脑组织匀浆中TNFα和IL6水平,检测白藜芦醇对细胞增殖的抑制作用。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗 B组和C组大鼠脑组织中TNFα和IL6水平明显低于A组,C组大鼠脑组织中TNFα和IL6水平又低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗白藜芦醇通过抑制脑部TNFα、IL6表达水平,减轻脑部炎症程度,改善脑缺血,值得临床应用。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the effect of the Resveratrol on tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFα) and interleukin 6(IL6) levels in rats with ischemic injury.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Thirtysix rats were divided into group A, group B and group C, with 12 rats in each group. The group A was the control group without treatment, and the group B and the group C were given resveratrol 25 mg/kg and resveratrol 50 mg/kg. The doubleantibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method was used to determine TNFα and IL6 levels in the brain tissue homogenate,and to detect the cell proliferation inhibition of resveratrol.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The TNFα and IL6 levels in group B and group C were significantly lower than those in group A, the TNFα and IL6 levels in group C were lower than those in group B, the differences were significant(P<0.05).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Resveratrol inhibits brain inflammation and improves cerebral ischemia by inhibiting the levels of TNFα and IL6 in the brain, which is worthy of clinical application.
