〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨膀胱肌肉训练对脑卒中后神经源性尿失禁患者膀胱功能的影响,以便更好地指导临床护理工作,减轻患者躯体及精神痛苦,改善其整体生活质量。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗选取脑卒中首次发病后神经源性尿失禁患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组给予基础治疗及常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予膀胱肌肉训练,于干预前、干预后3周应用排尿日记的频率-尿量图表,主要记录患者日排尿频次及单次排尿量。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗干预前2组日间排尿频次和单次最大排尿量差异无统计学意义(P>005),干预后3周2组日间排尿频次明显低于干预前,单次最大排尿量明显多于干预前,观察组日间排尿频次明显低于对照组,单次最大排尿量明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗膀胱肌肉训练对脑卒中后神经源性尿失禁患者膀胱功能改善效果优于常规护理。

Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the effect of bladder muscle training on bladder function in patients with neurogenic urinary incontinence after stroke, so as to better direct the clinical nursing activities, to reduce physical and mental pain in patients, and to improve their quality of life.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓In the research, 78 patients with neurogenic urinary incontinence after the first onset of stroke were included, and all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given basic treatment and routine nursing. And the patients in observation group were additionally given bladder muscle training on the basis of the control group. Before and 3 weeks after the intervention, the frequencyurine volume chart of the urination diary was used to record the frequency of urination and the single voided volume.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓There was no significant difference in frequency of urination and single maximum voided volume between the two groups before the intervention(P>005). The frequency of urination after 3 weeks intervention was both significantly lower in the two groups than preintervention. And the maximum voided volume after 3 weeks intervention was both significantly higher in the two groups than preintervention. The frequency of urination in one day was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group and the maximum voided volume was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Bladder muscle training is superior to routine care in the improvement of bladder function in patients with neurogenic urinary incontinence after stroke.
