〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨H型高血压与冠心病的关系。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗收集在心内科住院并进行冠状动脉造影检查的患者357例,按照冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组及非冠心病组,测定其血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)数值。根据血浆Hcy数值、基础血压程度及冠状动脉造影结果分析H型高血压与冠心病的相关性。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗冠心病组Hcy水平明显高于非冠心病组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。冠心病组高Hcy、高血压、H型高血压发生率均大于非冠心病组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。
AMI组Hcy、Gensini积分水平均显著高于SAP及UAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。相关性分析显示Hcy水平与Gensini积分有相关性,差异有统计学意义(r=0743,P=0000)。多因素回归分析显示H型高血压是冠心病的一个独立危险因素,其他因素均不是冠心病的独立危险因素。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗冠心病组血浆Hcy水平高于非冠心病组,H型高血压是冠心病的独立危险因素。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the relationship between H type hypertension and coronary heart disease(CHD).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The 357 patients who were hospitalized in the department of cardiology and underwent coronary angiography examination were collected. According to the results of coronary angiography, they were divided into CHD group and non CHD group. plasma homocysteine(Hcy) values was determinated. Based on plasma Hcy value, basal blood pressure and coronary angiography results, we investigated the relationship between H type hypertension and CHD.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The Hcy level of the CHD group was significantly higher than the non CHD group(P<005). The incidence of high Hcy, hypertension and H hypertension of the CHD group were higher than the non CHD group, the differences were statistically significant(P<005). The homocysteine level and Gensini score of the AMI group were significantly higher than the SAP and UAP group. The differences were significant(P<005). Hcy single factor correlation analysis showed that the Hcy level  was correlated with Gensini score, and the difference was statistically significant(r=0743, P=0000), through multiple regression analysis, the H type hypertension was selected as one of the CHD. Other independent risk factors were not independent risk factors for CHD.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The level of Hcy in patients with CHD is higher than that of the non CHD. H type hypertension is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease.
