〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨TGFβ1、Slug和Ecadherin在胆管癌组织中的表达并分析其临床意义。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗采用免疫组织化学SP法检测TGFβ1、slug和Ecadherin在70例胆管癌组织和20例癌旁组织中的表达情况,分析其临床意义。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗70例胆管癌、20例胆管癌癌旁组织中TGFβ1、Slug和Ecadherin阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(P<005)。TGFβ1和Slug阳性表达率在淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者(P<005),在肝动脉或门静脉受侵者高于无受侵者(P<005)。Ecadherin阳性表达率在淋巴结转移者低于无淋巴结转移者(P<005),在肝动脉或门静脉受侵者低于无受侵者(P<005)。胆管癌组织中,TGFβ1与Slug表达呈正相关(rs=0.658, P=0000);TGFβ1与Ecadherin表达呈负相关(rs=-0.527, P=0000);Slug与Ecadherin表达呈负相关(rs=-0.526,P=0000)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗TGFβ1、Slug及Ecadherin表达对胆管癌的发生发展可能发挥重要的作用。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the expression of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin in  cholangiocarcinoma tissues and their clinical significance.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin in 70 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 20 cases of paratumor tissue. The clinical significance were analyzed. The correlation between expression of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin was analyzed by Spearman analysis method.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The positive expression rates of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin in cholangiocarcinoma tissue were significantly different from those in paratumor tissue(P<005). The positive expression rates of TGFβ1 and Slug were significantly higher in lymph node metastasis and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion patients than those in no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion patients(P<005). The positive expression rates of Ecadherin were significantly lower in lymph node metastasis and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion patients than those in no lymph node metastasis(P<005)and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion patients(P<005). There was a positive correlation  between TGFβ1 and Slug expression in cholangiocarcinoma(rs=0.658, P=0000). There were  negative correlations between TGFβ1 and Ecadherin(rs=-0.527, P=0000). The expression of Slug was negatively correlated with the expression of Ecadherin(rs=-0.526, P=0000).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The abnormal expressions of TGFβ1, Slug and Ecadherin may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of cholangiocarcinoma.
