Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To study the expression of Rab5 and Smad2 in endometrial tissues of patients with endometriosis and analyze their clinical significance.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 364 patients treated with laparoscopic surgery were selected as the research objects. Among them, 182 patients diagnosed with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery were taken as the observation group, and 182 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital during the same period were taken as the control group. The expressions of serum CA125, inflammatory factors and serum endometrial antibodies were compared between these two groups. The above indexes of different rAFS staging groups were compared. Western blot was used to detect the expression of Rab5 and Smad2 in tissue. The patients′ clinical indicators were observed and their correlation with Rab5 and Smad2 was analyzed to make the receiver operating characteristic curve.  Logistic multiple regression analysis of related factors of endometriosis.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The levels of CA125, inflammatory factors and serum endometrial antibodies in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in serum. The expression of Rab5 and Smad2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜005). The expression of Rab5 and Smad2 was positively correlated with CA125, inflammatory factors and serum endometrial antibodies(P＜005). Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that Rab5 and Smad2 in endometrial tissues were risk factors for patients with endometriosis.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The expression of Rab5 and Smad2 in endometrial tissues of patients with endometriosis is significantly increased, which is positively correlated with the corresponding clinical indicators and is a risk factor for endometriosis.
