Abstract: Objective To explore the treatment of lung lesions close to the pleural tuberculosis in different time by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler image performance. Methods The data of clinical diagnosis of pleural tuberculosis cases were collected,ultrasound check was performed during anti-tuberculosis treatment,comparison was made in pulmonary tuberculosis treatment of 1 month, 3 months,12 months two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler image characteristics. Results In 86 cases close to the pleural tuberculosis ultrasonic signs,different time two-dimensional sonographic findings showed the dynamic change,lung pathological changes of the corresponding color altered from rich to less Doppler blood flow signals. And accompanied pleural effusion in some degree reduced. Conclusion Tuberculosis can be detected before the treatment with a variety of ultrasonographic signs,ultrasonographic signs gradually reduced,disappeared after treatment. Color Doppler ultrasound can real-time observe and measure the scope of pleural tuberculosis echo,blood flow and the dynamic change before and after the treatment,it is helpful to evaluate the effect of tuberculosis treatment,and it can avoid X-ray and CT radiation damage to human body.
