Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing based on forewarming mechanism in proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR) patients, who need vitrectomy.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓We enrolled 112 patients with PDR, who were diagnosed with PDR and needed vitrectomy. Then the patients were divided into observation group and control group. The observation patients were given humanistic nursing based on forewarming mechanism, while patients in control group were given ordinary ophthalmic nursing. We compared the differences of mental disorders accessed by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), and satisfaction of nursing between these groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The compliance rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group with(P<005). The HAMA and HAMD scores of observation group at 7 days postoperative were significantly lower than those scores at admission, while the HAMA and HAMD scores of clinical group at 7 days postoperative were significantly higher than those scores at admission. Satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group, which was significantly higher than that of control group with(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Humanistic nursing based on forewarning mechanism takes the mental disorders of each patient into account, and demands humanistic nursing to every patient. And finally this brandnew nursing scheme yields higher compliance rate and satisfaction rate of nursing.
