    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the effect of down-regulation of PLK1 on the biological behavior of lung adenocarcinoma H1792 cells and analyze related mechanisms.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗PLK1 siRNA and control siRNA were transiently transfected into H1792 cells for 48 h respectively. Gene and protein expressions of the PLK1, E-cadherin and Vimentin were detected by real time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and western blot assay. The cell cycle were determined by using flow cytometry. Invasion ability were evaluated by Transwell assay.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The expression level of PLK1 mRNA in PLK1 siRNA group was significantly lower than that in control siRNA group(P<0.05). The expression of PLK1 protein and Vimentin protein in PLK1 siRNA group was significantly lower than that in control siRNA group, and the expression of E-cadherin protein was significantly higher than that in control siRNA group(P<0.05). The proportion of G2/M phase cells in PLK1 siRNA group was significantly higher than that in control siRNA group, and the proportion of cells in S phase was significantly lower than that in control siRNA group(P<0.05). The number of transmembrane cells in the siRNA group was significantly lower than that in the control siRNA group(P<0.05).

    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the expression of zinc alpha 2 glycoprotein(ZAG) in kidney tissue and urine of patients who had diabetic nephropathy(DN) and to analyze its relationship with clinicopathological parameters.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Eighty-nine patients with diabetic nephropathy diagnosed by renal biopsy were included in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the degree of tubulointerstitial injury: the mild/moderate tubulointerstitial injury DN group(57 cases)and the severe tubulointerstitial injury DN group(32 cases). The distant renal tissues far away from the tumor tissue of patients with benign renal tumor were taken as control. The expression of ZAG, transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) in kidney tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry and urine ZAG level was assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The correlation between ZAG expression and clinicopathological indexes was analyzed.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗Compared with the control group, there was a significant increase of glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c), body mass index(BMI), cholesterol, systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), urine protein excretion, tubulointerstitial injury score, and the urine ZAG level in mild/morderate DN group and severe DN group, but estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) and albumin were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). In the severe group , urine protein excretion, renal tubulointerstitial injury score and urine ZAG were higher and eGFR was lower than those in the mild/moderate group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in HbA1c, BMI, cholesterol, SBP, DBP and albumin between the mild/moderate and severe groups(P>0.05). ZAG was obviously expressed in tubular epithelial cells and interstitium of the control group. The expression of ZAG decreased in the mild/moderate group and remarkably decreased in the severe group. The expression of ZAG in renal tubulointerstitium was positively correlated with eGFR and negatively correlated with 24-hour urinary protein, TGF-β expression and tubulointerstitial injury score(P<0.05). Urine ZAG level was negatively correlated with eGFR and positively correlated with tubulointerstitial injury score(P<0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗The expression of ZAG in renal tubulointerstitium decreased and the level of urine ZAG increased in patients with diabetic nephropathy, which are correlated with tubulointerstitial damage. ZAG may be used as an index to evaluate the degree of renal interstitial fibrosis.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the molecular mechanism of Hippo pathway regulating colorectal tumor metastasis.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Download the clinical data and the expression values of YAP1, TAZ and Ascl2 of 276 colorectal cancer patients in the TCGA database, the expression patterns in colorectal cancer tissues, corresponding adjacent tissues, different M and T stages of colorectal cancer tissues, overall survival(OS) and disease-free survival(disease-free survival, DFS) were analyzed. The overexpression vector of Hippo pathway activating factor MST1 and MST2 was constructed and transfected into SW480 cells. The target genes YAP1 and TAZ of the Hippo pathway and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) related factors Ascl2 were detected by Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qPCR).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The expression of YAP1, TAZ and Ascl2 in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues, and the expression level of YAP1, TAZ and Ascl2 was increased with the distant metastasis and infiltration of tumor. The 5-year OS and DFS of patients with high expression of YAP1, TAZ and Ascl2 were significantly lower than those of patients with low expression. Overexpression of Hippo pathway kinase MST1 and MST2 resulted in increased phosphorylation of YAP1/TAZ, decreased expression of non-phosphorylated YAP1/TAZ, inhibition of EMT-related factors Ascl2 and N-cadherin, and increased E-cadherin expression. Transwell experiments confirmed that MST1/2 overexpression inhibited colon cancer cell migration and invasion. Luciferase reporter system showed that overexpression of MST1/2 inhibited the transcriptional activity of Ascl2 promoter, indicating that transcriptional regulation of Ascl2 is inhibited by Hippo pathway.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Ascl2 is a downstream target of Hippo pathway, Activation of Hippo pathway can inhibit the EMT of colorectal cancer and further hinder the occurrence of tumor metastasis, and the study provided a new basis for the mechanism of colorectal cancer metastasis.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the efficacy and safety of Aprazole combined with Somatostatin in treating severe acute pancreatitis and the regulation role of oxidative stress level.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Ninety-eight severe acute pancreatitis patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 49 cases in each group according to the random number table. Both groups received routine therapy referring to “Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis in China”. Control group was given with Somatostatin. Based on treatment of control group,treatment group was treated with Iprazole enteric-coated tablet(2 tablets/time and qd). Both groups were treated for ten-days. Time of symptoms recovery for both groups were recorded. Rates of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) and acute respiratory dysfunction syndrome(ARDS), death rate were recorded for two  groups within four weeks after treatment. Adverse reactions were recorded during treatment for two groups. Levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were detected for two groups.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗Time of the recovery of abdominal pain, distention,gurgling sound, defecation and body temperature in treatment group were shorter than control one(P<0.05). The ARDS and MODS rates of treatment group were 12.24% and 10.2%, wich were evidently lower than control group within four weeks(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in death rate for two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, rash and chest tightness were not statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px of treatment group were evidently higher,while MDA  was lower,than control group with significant differences(P<0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Based on routine therapy, aprazole combined with somatostatin in treating severe acute pancreatitis can promote improvement of symptoms, decrease rates of ARDS and MODS,has good security,and the regulation role of oxidative stress level may be related with the efficacy.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To study the clincial effectiveness and safety of transcystic choledochoscopy combined with holmium laser for cirrhosis accompanied with choledocholithiasis.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Thirty-one cases of decompensated cirrhosis patients with choledocholithiasis were treated with transcystic choledochoscopy combined with holmium laser respectively. The complete stone clearance rate and complications were compared using retrospective analysis method.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The cirrhosis accompanied with choledocholithiasis from 30 cases were completely removed. There were no bile duct injury,bleeding,bile leakage and other complications after operation. After followed up for 8-12 months,there was no recurrence of stones and bile duct stricture.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Transcystic choledochoscopy combined with holmium laser in the treatment of liver cirrhosis combined with common bile duct stones is safe, effective and accurate.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the treatments and solutions of perioperative management of spinal tuberculosis.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗A retrospective analysis was conducted on spinal tuberculosis patients during perioperative period. The clinical information from 402 patients with spinal tuberculosis was analyzed. Among those patients, 220 cases were male and 182 cases were female, the average age was (47.8±26.6) years old (range one year and six months to eighty-nine years). The lesion located at cervical spine in 10 cases, chest spine in 6 cases, thoracic spine in 152 cases, Thoracolumbar spine in 19 cases, lumbar spine in 170 cases, lumbosacral spine in 45 cases, combined paraplegia in 18 cases. This article summarized treatments, precautions, complications and their corresponding treatment methods, effects of spinal tuberculosis patients during perioperative period.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗Among the 402 patients, the pathological diagnosis rate was 77.11%. The preoperative antituberculosis time was 28 cases in 3-7 days, 280 cases in 7-21 days, 59 cases in 21-90 days, and 35 cases in 90 days.The top 4 associated systemic diseases were pulmonary tuberculosis,hypoproteinemia,hypertension,and diabetes. The positive rate of tuberculosis was 48.51%, and the drug-resistant tuberculosis accounted for 20.40%. Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis accounted for 43.90%. The anti-tuberculosis program used before surgery were the initial treatment plan, the re-treatment plan, and the drug resistance program.The surgical methods included 16 cases of anterior approach for cervical and cervical thoracic segments, 326 cases of thoracolumbar anterior approach, 15 cases of posterior anterior approach, 28 cases of lumbosacral anterior approach, 5 cases of posterior approach, and 12 cases of posterior anterior approach. 384 cases achieved bone lesions healing standards within a year, the healing rate was 95.52%. Bone lesions of 8 cases did not heal, the rate of failure was 1.99%. Five cases were taken secondary surgery and the secondary operation rate was 1.24%. The bone lesions of 2 cases relapsed 1 year later, and the recurrence rate was 0.50%. During perioperative period, there were death in 2 cases, thoracic hemorrhage after thoracotomy in 2 cases, intercostal neuralgia in 18 cases.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Perioperative management is an important guarantee for a successful operation. Accurate diagnosis and identification before surgery, and standardized anti-tuberculosis treatment are the basis for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis. Etiological examination and bacterial sensitivity test performed during perioperative period shall be conducive to the control of recurrence, improve the cure rate. Timely and correctly handle other associated diseases, and rationally develop individualized surgical methods according to the condition are the guarantee of treatment success.
    Analysis of risk factors for adjacent vertebral compression fractures after PVP/PKP#br#

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To analyze the risk factors of adjacent vertebral compression fractures after percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty ,and to explore the main causes of re-fracture.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗A retrospective analysis of 176 patients undergoing surgical treatment was divided into group A(fracture group, 21 cases) and group B(control group, 155 cases,including 3 cases of surgical vertebral fractures, 2 cases of jumping vertebral fractures, and 150 cases without fractures). Age, gender, surgical approach,puncture method, BMI, preoperative bone mineral density, bone cement injection, bone cement leakage, anti-osteoporosis treatment and imbalance of the sagittal plane of the spine were recorded and compared.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗There was no significant difference between group A and group B in sex, age, amount of bone cement injection and whether bone cement leakage occurred(P>0.05), but there was significant difference in anti-osteoporosis and spinal sagittal imbalance between two groups(P<0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Preoperative bone mineral density,sagittal imbalance of the spine are the risk factors for the occurrence of secondary vertebral compression fractures after PVP/PKP, but there is no significant correlation with age, gender, surgical approach,puncture method, BMI, bone cement injection, bone cement leakage. Patients with active anti-osteoporosis treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of adjacent vertebral body fractures.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the effects of active fluid resuscitation(AFR)and damage control resuscitation(DCR) on coagulation function, immune regulation, and therapeutic efficacy in patients with traumatic shock and trauma induced coagulopathy(TIC).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗The clinical data of 94 patients with traumatic shock and TIC treated were retrospectively analyzed. According to the fluid resuscitation strategy, the patients were divided into the amage control resuscitation group(DCR group, 48 cases) and active fluid resuscitation group(AFR group, 46 cases) . The international normalized ratio (INR), prothrombin time(PT), activated partial prothrombin time(APTT), D-dimer in two groups at 20 min before resuscitation and 12 h after resuscitation, and the two groups of shock index(SI),mean arterial pressure(MAP), blood pressure fluctuation amplitude, total fluid volume at 18 h after resuscitation, Phospholipase A2(PLA2), platelet activating factor(PAF) at 20 min before resuscitation, 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h after resuscitation, within 96 h of recovery the complication rate and the survival rate at 1 week after resuscitation were compared.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗There was no significant difference in MAP, SI, and Injury Severity Score(ISS) between two groups at admission(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the INR, APTT, PT, and D-dimer values between the two groups at 20 min before resuscitation(P>0.05). INR, APTT, PT, and D-dimer values were significantly lower in the DCR group than those in the AFR group at 12 h after resuscitation(P<0.05). The MAP, blood pressure fluctuation amplitude, SI value, and total rehydration dose in the DCR group were significantly lower than those in the AFR group at 18 h after resuscitation(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PLA2 and PAF between two groups at 20 min before and 24 h after resuscitation(P>0.05). The PLA2 and PAF at 12 h after resuscitation in the DCR group were significantly higher than those in the AFR group(P<0.05). The PLA2 and PAF at 48 h after resuscitation were in the DCR group were significantly lower than those in the AFR group(P<0.05). After 96 h of resuscitation, the complication rate in the DCR group was significantly lower than in the AFR group, and the survival rate after one week of resuscitation in the DCR group was significantly higher than in the AFR group(P<0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗DCR treatment of traumatic shock with TIC patients, significantly improved coagulation parameters, effective correction of shock, stable blood pressure during resuscitation, low incidence of complications, high survival rate, clinical efficacy compared with AFR significantly, but AFR can be early in resuscitation treatment effective inhibition of immune cytokines, inflammatory mediators, has a certain degree of immune regulation.
    Clinical value of Sema 3A, KIM-1 and Cys C in the early diagnosis of renal impairmentin pre-eclampsia

    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To observe the clinical value of urinary semakin 3A(Sema 3A), renal injury molecule 1(KIM-1) and serum cystatin C(Cys C) in the early diagnosis of renal function impairment in patients with pre-eclampsia(PE).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗One hundred and sixteen patients with PE were divided into mild PE group(49 cases) and severe PE group(67 cases). Sixty pregnant women undergoing physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group. The changes of Sema 3A, KIM-1, and Cys C levels were observed in three groups, the correlation among Sema 3A, KIM-1, and Cys C levels were observed in patients with preeclampsia and those levels which related with renal impairment were also observed, as well as the early diagnostic value of combined Sema 3A, KIM-1 and Cys C detection for renal dysfunction was explored.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The levels of 24 h urine protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid in mild PE group and severe PE group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the glomerular filtration rate was significantly lower than that in control group; the 24-hour urine protein and uric acid levels in severe PE group were significantly higher than those in mild PE group, and the glomerular filtration rate was significantly lower than that in mild PE group(P<0.05). The levels of urine Sema 3A, KIM-1 and serum Cys C in mild PE group and severe PE group were significantly higher than those in control group, the levels of those in severe PE group were significantly higher than those in mild PE group(P<0.05). The level of urine Sema 3A in PE patients was positively correlated with urine KIM-1 and serum Cys C, and urine KIM-1 was positively correlated with serum Cys C(P<0.05). Urine Sema 3A, KIM-1 and serum Cys C levels in renal dysfunction group were significantly 〖JP2〗higher than thosein normal renal function group(P<0.05). The Sema 3A, KIM-1, Cys C levels and combined detection(Sema 3A+〖JP〗KIM-1+Cys C) were used as test variables, and the receiver operating characteristic curve was plotted with renal impairment as a state variable. The best cut-off value of combined detection for diagnosis of early renal dysfunction was >0.258, sensitivity was 72.5%, specificity was 93.8%, and area under curve of 0.890 which was significantly better than Sema 3A, KIM-1 and Cys C(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the area under the curve between Sema 3A, KIM-1 and Cys C(P>0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Sema 3A, KIM-1 and Cys C are involved in the development of pregnancy with eclampsia and renal impairment. It has important clinical value that combination detection of ema 3A, KIM-1 and Cys C markers in eclampsia can predict early renal impairment.
    Effect of growth hormone on patients with endometriosis in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer#br#

    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the significance of growth hormone(GH) in patients with endometriosis(EMs) and its effect on apoptosis of ovarian luteinized granulosa cells.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗A total of forty infertility patients with endometriosis who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) (EMs group) and forty infertility patients with simple fallopian tube factors who underwent IVF-ET(control group) were screened and enrolled in the study. The laboratory indicators and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. The serum GH levels and follicular fluid GH levels of the two groups on the day of oocyte retrieval were measured by radioimmunoassay. The expression of Bcl-2 protein and Bax protein in granulosa cells extracted by density gradient method were detected by immunocytochemistry after cell adherence in vitro culture. The granulosa cells of EMs patients were divided into blank group and GH group according to the intervention method after adherence.The expression levels of Bcl-2 protein and Bax protein were detected by immunocytochemistry.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The GH levels of serum and follicular fluid in EMs group were significantly lower than those in control group. The expression of Bcl-2 protein in granulosa cells of the EMs group was significantly lower than that of the control group .The expression level of Bax protein was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 protein increased in GH group compared with blank group, and the expression of Bax protein decreased in GH group compared with blank group. These differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Low growth hormone levels in patients with endometriosis may cause an increase in granulosa cell apoptosis, which affects oocyte quality and embryonic developmental potential. A certain concentration of growth hormone may improve the granulosa cell apoptosis state in patients with endometriosis.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To explore the diagnostic value of quantitative ultrasound(QUS) and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA) in detecting bone mineral density(BMD) in menopausal women with postmenopausal osteoporosis and chest-costal joint pain.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗A total of 260 menopausal women with chest-costal joint pain who underwent health examination were selecded as the sbjects of study. All subjects were monitored by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA) as group B and QUS as group A. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of DXA were compared between the two groups according to the gold standard. The diagnostic value of QUS was analyzed in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and chest-costal joint.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗 52 cases of osteoporosis were detected in group B. There was significant difference in bone mineral density between different age groups(P<0.05). 48 cases were detected in group A. There was significant difference in bone mineral density between different age groups(P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of group A were 92.31%, 100%, 97.22% and 96.10%, respectively.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗There is a certain relationship between Sternocostal joint pain and osteoporosis in menopausal women.QUS has good sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of menopausal women with osteoporosis and chest-costal joint pain. It has a high coincidence rate and positive predictive value in clinical application.

    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To observe the clinical effect of physiological sea water nasal spray combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray and ebastine tablets on treating children with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Children with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group received mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray and ebastine tablets, experimental group received physiological sea water nasal spray on the basis of control group. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks in both groups. Before treatment,after 4 and 8 weeks of medication,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score of nasal symptoms,signs score,total effective rate and side effects were observed and evaluated respectively.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗After therapy,the VAS score of nasal obstruction, itching, sneezing, watery-nose, total nasal symptoms and signs score were both decreased gradually in two groups,especially in experiment group. The difference was significant between two groups, in different time and group·time interaction(P<0.05). The clinical curative effect of experiment group was better than that in control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between two groups(P>0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Physiological sea water nasal spray combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray and ebastine tablets can work together on relieving clinical symptoms quickly. There are few adverse reactions. It is worthy of further clinical application.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To assess left atrial(LA) phasic function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗A total of 74 patients with CHD were assigned to case group,as compared with 45 volunteers were assigned to control group.Patients in case group were divided into three groups according to the degree of left ventricular diastolic function, including left ventricular diastolic function normal group,left ventricular diastolic function mild reduction group,left ventricular diastolic function moderate/severe reduction group. Speckle tracking imaging(STI) were applied to collect full volume image of the apex and to obtain entire longitudinal systole strain(Sa), strain in early diastolic (Se), and total strain(Stot=Sa+Se) for two groups of left atrial. We analyze variation of left atrial strain index and left atrial strain index variation of different levels in patients with CHD based on ventricle diastolic.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗Compared with the control group, LA reservoir function and LA channel function were reduced significantly(Se: 12.46±2.69 vs 13.53±1.99; Stot: 23.04±4.53 vs 25.35±2.66). Differences in reservoir function and channel function were statistically significant in left ventricular diastolic function mild reduction group, LA phasic function in left ventricular diastolic function moderate/severe reduction group was decreased significantly(P<0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗 LA reservoir function and channel function were impaired in patients with CHD and deteriorated with the reduction of left ventricular diastolic function.LA contraction is preserved in normal and mild groups while impaired in moderate/severe groups.

    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the effects of  low-tube-voltage computed tomography(CT) venography of lower extremity on image quality and the radiation dose.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Sixty patients suspected with venous diseases of lower extremity were randomly divided into low tube voltage group and control group, 30 cases in each group, All patients underwent lower extremity CT venography on a 64-detector CT scanner. Parameters for CT venography were as follows: 80 kV and 350 mAs in low tube voltage group, and 120 kV and 190 mAs in control group. Contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR) and single-to-noise ratio(SNR) of imaging, dose length product(DLP) and effective dose were statistical analyzed with the 2-tailed independent t test or the Mann-Whitney U test. The image quality were evaluated by two senior doctors using 5 mark system.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗DLP,effective dose and dose of contrast material were significantly lower under low tube voltage group than control group(P<0.05). The CNR and SNR of low tube voltage group and control group were no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05). The subjective scores of image quality between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗CT venography with a low-tubevoltage technique allows reducing the radiation dose and the amount of  contrast material without image quality degradation.

    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To compare the clinical efficacy of BACTEC MGIT 960 drug sensitivity method(BD960), bacteriophage biological amplification(pha B) and fluorescence quantitative PCR probe melting curve method in detecting drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and to evaluate its application value.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗The clinical isolates were identified as the positive clinical isolates of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The results of the three methods were compared and analyzed by using the BD960, pha B and PCR at the same time.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The average reporting time of pha B method and PCR method was significantly shorter than that of BD960 method, and PCR method was significantly shorter than that of pha B method, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, the resistance of 80 clinical isolates were detected by streptomycin, isoniazid, rifampicin and ethambutol, and there was no significant difference between the three methods(P>0.05). BD960 method was used as the control, the resistance of streptomycin(SM), isoniazid(INH) and rifampin(RFP) by phaB was highly consistent, and that of ethambutol(EMB) was moderate. The results of PCR resistance to INH and RFP were highly consistent and that of SM and EMB were moderate.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗The resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to first-line antituberculosis drugs can be quickly screened by fluorescence quantitative PCR probe melting curve and bacteriophage biological amplification.

    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the relevance between the multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDR-AB) hospital acquired pneumonia and environmental pollution in intensive care unit(ICU). Based on the result, we can provide environmental and epidemiological basis for preventing and controlling MDR-AB nosocomial infection in ICU patients.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗With field epidemiological investigation method, we carried out large area hygiene sampling monitoring on three MDR-AB hospital acquired pneumonia patients,environment and medical staff in ICU before and after the intervention. Using VITEK-2 Compact bacteria identification and drug susceptibility analysis system we identified the specific strain of bacteria and corresponding drug susceptibility. Zone and color separation method was adopted in the environmental sterilization and the effect of intervention was traced.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗Before the intervention we monitored 80 environmental samples. MDR-AB strains of consistent drug-resistant patterns with previous MDR-AB strains isolated from patients′ sputum cultures were found in 14 samples, including computer keyboards at the nursing station, hands of medical staff, bed sheets, lids of hand disinfection solution, scissors in rescue vehicles, air-returning outlets, patients chest skin, cuffs of isolation clothes and bed baffle handrails. No MDR-AB was found in 146 environmental samples after the intervention in the following two months. Six months after the intervention. The qualified rate of specimens increased from 77.50% to 96.57%, and the hospital infection rate decreased from 2.15%(214/9 965) to 1.56%(185/11 866). Which was of significant difference from the rate before the intervention(P<0.05). 
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗The occurrence of MDR-AB hospital infection is highly related to the environmental pollution. Intervention with sterilization based on zone and color separation can effectively lower the risk of hospital infection outbreak.

    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the pathogen distribution and antimicrobial resistance of the isolates from blood samples from tertiary hospitals in antimicrobial resistance surveillance system of Hebei province.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Clinical isolates from blood specimens were collected during 2016-2017. The data of antimicrobiol resistance were analyzed according to CLSI 2016.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗A total of 17 815 bacteria including 45.9% Gram-negative strains and 54.1% Gram-positive strains was isolated. Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococcus(MRCNS) accounted for 46.3% and 80.0%, respectively. None of staphylococcal strains were found resistant to vancomycin, teicoplanin or linezolid. The resistance rates of E. faecium to vancomycin and teicoplanin were 1.4% and 1.9%, respectively. The resistance rates of E. faecali to vancomycin and teicoplanin were 0.0% and 0.6%, respectively. The resistance rate of E. faecium and E. faecali to linezolid was 1.1% and 0.4%.The prevalence of penicillin-resistant S. pneumoniae isolated was 5.4%. The prevalence of ESBL-producing of E. coli and K. pneumoniae were 65.4% and 43.8%, respectively. Resistance rates of E. coli to imipenem and meropenem were 1.8% and 1.6%, respectively. Resistance rates of K. pneumoniae to imipenem and meropenem were 15.7% and 15.7%, respectively. The resistance rates of P. aeruginosa to all the drugs tested in this study were lower than 30.0%. Resistance rate of A. baumannii strains to cefoperazone-sulbactam was 19.3%. However, the Resistance rates of A. baumannii strains to imipenem and meropenem were much higher up to 60.9%and 53.8%,respectively.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Gram-negative bacteria are still the main pathogen of bloodstream infections. Isolates from blood specimens are showing various levels of resistance to common antimicrobial agents. Dynamic monitoring of bacterial resistance is of great significance to the rational use of antibiotic.

    [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To explore the effect of active monitoring training and simulated prevention and control training on multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO) infection in high-risk patients and to provide evidence for reducing MDRO nosocomial infection and developing scientific and effective MDRO prevention and control strategies.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Simulated prevention and control training and active screening of multi-drug resistant target organisms were carried out on 222 patients in intensive care unit(ICU) who were chosen to be the experimental group from February to December in 2017. Compared with 210 patients in ICU from February to December in 2016, who were chosen to be the control group without mandatory intervention measure. The constituent ratios, the colonization rate of MDRO and the changes of contact isolation compliance were observed between two groups.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The nosocomial infection rate, the infection rate of MDRO in two groups,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05), there were significant differences in compliance with the MDRO isolation measures performed by medical staff such as the isolation′s advice, the bedside isolation, the isolation gown, the isolation sign, hand sanitizer and the notice among departments(P<0.05). The experimental group was screened for escherichia coli producing extended-spectrum β-lactamase(ESBLs-ECO), klebsiella pneumoniae producing extended-spectrum β-lactamase(ESBLs-KPN )and multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDR-AB), the colonization rates of them were 10.10%, 5.72% and 16.83% respectively. The usage rate of antibiotics were all higher than 90% and the bacterial examination rate before the use of antibiotics were all lower than 30% in two groups.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗The situation of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii colonization in ICU is quite serious, and patients with colonization are easier to obtain hospital infection. The intervention of active screening culture and simulated prevention and control training are implemented to effectively prevent and control the spread of multidrug-resistant organisms in hospitals.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To establish a high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS) method for the determination of primidone in human plasma and to apply it to the determination of plasma concentration in patients with epilepsy.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Column: Phenomenex Kinetex XB-C18 (50 mm×3 mm,2.6 μm). Mobile phase: methanol(A)-2% A acid water(B) for gradient elution. Flow rate: 0.4 mL/min. Column temperature:40 ℃. Sample volume: 5 μL. The internal standard was caffeine. The electrospray ion source was used for positive ion mode monitoring and the multi-reaction monitoring mode was used for quantitative analysis. The injection voltage of the source was 5 500 V and the temperature of the ion source was 600 ℃.The specificity, standard curve and lower limit of quantification, precision, recovery, stability and matrix effect of the method were investigated. Selection of 20 epileptic patients with oral primidone(the initial dose was 50 mg, 2 times a day after 3 days, 3 times a day after 1 week, 250 mg at the beginning of the 10 th day, 3 times a day),two weeks later, early in the morning, venous blood was taken for 2 mL. The plasma concentration of prochloramil was determined by LC-MS/MS.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The internal linear relationship of prometone was good between 1-5 mg/L, and the lowest quantitative lower limit is 0.01 mg/L. The average recovery was more than 95%, the relative standard deviation values of inter-day and intra-day precision were less than 15%, and the stability was good. The blood samples of 20 epileptic patients were determined by this method. The blood concentration range was 8.75-36.88 mg/L.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗This method is convenient, rapid, specific, sensitive and accurate. It can be used to determine the concentration of propranone in plasma of epileptic patients.
