TFCP2在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及对预后的影响

Expression and prognostic significance of transcription factor TFCP2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues

摘要: 摘要 目的 探讨食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)患者转录因子CP2(transcriptional factor CP2,TFCP2)表达及其与临床参数及预后的关系。
 方法 选取ESCC患者80例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测ESCC组织和癌旁组织中TFCP2蛋白的表达情况,比较不同临床参数ESCC患者TFCP2蛋白的高表达率。多因素Cox模型分析预后的影响因素。
 结果 ESCC组织中的TFCP2蛋白高表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、有远处转移ESCC患者TFCP2蛋白高表达率分别高于临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、无远处转移ESCC患者(P<0.05或P<0.01);不同性别、年龄、上消化道肿瘤家族史、组织学分级和肿瘤大小ESCC患者的TFCP2蛋白表达率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Kaplan-Meier 曲线分析显示TFCP2蛋白高表达的ESCC患者总生存期显著低于TFCP2蛋白低表达的患者。多因素Cox模型分析结果显示,TFCP2蛋白表达、淋巴结转移和远处转移是ESCC患者预后的独立影响因素。
 结论 TFCP2是ESCC的肿瘤相关抗原,其可能成为ESCC患者预后不良的标志物。

Abstract: [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognostic significance of transcription factor TFCP2 in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).
 〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗The expression of transcription factor TFCP2 in 80 ESCC specimens and corresponding normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and its association with clinical characteristics and prognosis were analyzed.
 〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The positive rates of TFCP2 in ESCC was higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.01).TFCP2 was correlated with clinical stage, lymph node metastatis and distant metastasis in patients with ESCC(P<0.05 or P<0.01). TFCP2 was not correlated with age, gender, family history of UGIC, histological grade and tumor size(P>0.05). Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that ESCC patients with high TFCP2 expression had worse prognosis than those with low TFCP2 expression. Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model showed that the expression of TFCP2, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were independently related to the survival rate of ESCC patients.
 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Transcription factor TFCP2 is associated with antigen in ESCC tisuses and can be a biomarker of poor prognosis in patients with ESCC.
