    [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To construct a cDNA Library of Giardia lamblia (C2) strains.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓By extraction of C2 strains of Giardia lamblia trophozoites RNA using the Trizol method, and by using RNA as a template by reverse transcriptase cDNA single strand. dscDNA was obtained by LDPCR amplification. dscDNA was purified and co transformed with pGADT7Rec in yeast strain Y187. Through auxotrophic medium SD/Leu screening, transformants including Giardia lamblia cDNA library were obtained. Then the storage capacity and DNA recombination rate of the library were identified.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Using RNA as template, the ideal double stranded cDNA was obtained by reverse transcription, LDPCR, purification and other steps. The dscDNA and pGADT7Rec were transformed into yeast strain, and the transformants were successfully isolated and cultured. Finally, a cDNA Library of Giardia was constructed. The library capacity was 2.715×107/mL, the recombination rate was 76.7%, and the size of the inserted fragments was mainly between 300bp and 1000bp.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To discover the effects of mnisoldipine(MNIS) on pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary vascular remodeling in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension(HPH) rats.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓①Fifty wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, model group, MNIS group and nifedipine(NIF) group. There were twenty rats in the model group and ten rats in other groups respectively. Rats in the normal group were kept in a normal environment for four weeks. Rats in other groups were kept in a hypobaric oxygen chamber for eight hours each day for four weeks. Rats in each group were administrated with corresponding drugs from the second week for three weeks. At the end of the fourth weeks, the mPAP, RVSP, RVHI, WT% and WA% in each group were measured or calculated. ②The isolated rat pulmonary arterial rings were selected from the model group. We used isolated artery experiment to observe the antagonistic effects of MNIS on the contraction induced by KCl and PHE in isolated rat pulmonary arterial rings in the calciferous and calciumfree KH solution.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓①The mPAP, RVSP, RVHI, WT%, WA% in MNIS and NIF groups were lower than those of the model group(P<005), and the above indexes in model group were higher than those of the normal group(P<005) . ②In the calciferous KH solution,MNIS has antagonistic effect on the contraction induced by KCl(30 mmol/L, 50 mmol/L) and PHE(5×10-8mol/L, 5×10-7 mol/L)in isolated rat pulmonary arterial rings. The IC50 was 8.52×10-9mol/L, 1.29×10-7 mol/L and 2.81×10-8mol/L, 5.23×10-7 mol/L, respectively. In the calciumfree KH solution,MNIS had no effect.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the effect of remote ischemic preconditioning(RIPC) on the transient cerebral index and vascular function in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA), and to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of RIPC on TIA.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Two hundred patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 100 patients of each group. The control group received only secondary prevention guidelines of stroke and transient ischemic attack in 2011. The treatment group was trained with RIPC on the basis of the control group. The cerebral blood flow indexes of the common carotid artery and middle cerebral artery were measured by TCD before and after treatment. Serum hypoxiainducible factor1α(HIF1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Cerebral blood flow was increased in patients with RIPC training than that without training. HIF1α and VEGF levels were significantly decreased in patients with RIPC training than that without training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓RIPC can increase cerebral blood flow and regulate serum HIF1α and VEGF levels of patients with TIA. It has good effect on prevention and treatment of TIA.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the expression of CC class chemokines 22(CCL22) and the specific marker of regulatory T cells(Tregs) forkhead/winged helix transcription factor 3(FOXP3) and to analyze the correlation and the relationship with clinicopathological factors and prognosis in order to explore the effect of Tregs on tumor immunity in cholangiocarcinoma.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The expression of CCL22 and FOXP3 in 70 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 15 cases of paracancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The positive expression rates of CCL22 and FOXP3 in 70 cases of cholangiocarcinoma, 15 cases of nontumor bile duct epithelium were 62.4%, 20.0% and 71.4%, 13.3%, respectively. There was a significant difference among different groups(P<001). The positive rates of CCL22 and FOXP3 were significantly higher in the stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ and lymph nodes metastasis patients than those in stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ and no lymph nodes metastasis patients(P<005). The expression of CCL22 was positively correlated with that of FOXP3(P<0.01). Moreover survival time of negative expression in CCL22 and FOXP3 patients was longer than that of positive expression in CCL22 and FOXP3 patients(P<001).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓CCL22 and FOXP3 may have great influence on  development and prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma.

    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓GANT61&NShh group was lower than DMSO group and NShh protein group in expression of Gli1, Gli2, pAKT, Vimentin and the number of membrane cells, and was higher than GANT61 group in the above indicators.     〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Thirty female SpragueDawley rats, 3 month of age, were randomly divided into three groups: the shamoperated(Sham) group and two ovariectomized groups treated with vehicle or PTH(134)(30 μg·kg-1·d-1) for twelve weeks. Treatment was started after twelve weeks postOVX and continued for twelve weeks. At the end of experiment, bone mineral density(BMD), histology and immunohistochemistry analysis were performed to all groups.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Twenty four weeks after OVX, the BMD values of L3 vertebral bodies in the OVX group were significantly decreased, compared with the Sham group(P<005). The BMD values in the OVX+PTH group were significantly increased, compared with the Sham group and OVX group(P<005). Immunohistochemistry analysis revealed a significant increase in matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)1 and MMP13 expression, compared with the Sham group(P<005), the expression of MMP1 was significantly decreased(P<005), and no significant difference in MMP13 expression in the OVX+PTH group(P>005), compared with the OVX group.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the biomechanical characteristics of tendon healing and tendon adhesion after the freezedried amniotic membrane was used to reconstruct tendon sheath defect.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Forty healthy male leghorn chickens were used in this study. These animal models were randomly divided into two groups, the therapy group and the control group, with twenty chickens in each group. The model of tendon injury and tendon sheath defects was established in the third toes of chicken. After repairation of the flexor digitorum profundus tendon, a double freezedried amniotic membrane was used to reconstruct the tendon sheath defect of model in the therapy group, while the tendon sheath defect was not reconstructed in the control group. Five chickens were randomly selected from each group at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th week for biomechanical analysis. Biomechanical parameters, including the tensile strength of rupture  and the tensile adhesion strength of the rupture zone were measured at each time point.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓All experimental animals survived until the experiment was finished, and all incision healed well. The tensile strength of rupture decreased after the first two weeks, and increased gradually at the 3rd and 4th week. At the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th week after the operation, the tensile strength of rupture in the therapy group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<005). The power consumption of the 2 groups was increased gradually at 1, 2, and 3,4 weeks. In the experimental group at 1, 2,3,4 weeks, the power consumption of the tendon adhesion zone was lower than that of the control group. The differences are statistically significant(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Reconstruction of tendon sheath defects by freeze dried amniotic membrane can prevent tendon from exogenous healing, promote endogenous healing, and improve the quality of tendon healing, which provides a necessary condition for early active functional training.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To compare the clinical efficacy about the reform triple combined operation and tradition triple combined operation for curing recurrent patellar dislocation by using arthroscopy.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Thirtyseven patients with recurrent patellar dislocation were divided into control group(18 patients with 21 knees) and research group(19 patients with 23 knees), the patients in control group were treated with tradition triple combined operation by using arthroscopy(lateral retinaculum release surgery, medial retinaculum compression surgery, tibial tubercle osteotomy move inside and shift surgery), and the patients in research group were treated with reform triple combined operation by using arthroscopy(lateral retinaculum release surgery, medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction, tibial tubercle osteotomy move inside and shift surgery). The tilt angle, patellofemoral angle, lateral shift, Kujala scores, Tegner scores, Lyshoim scores were compared in two groups before and after treatment.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Compared with pretreatment treatment, the tilt angle, patellofemoral angle, lateral shift were decreased in two groups after treatment, but the Kujala scores, Tegner scores, Lyshoim scores were increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<005). Compared with after 3 months′ treatment in control group, the tilt angle, patellofemoral angle, lateral shift were decreased in research after 3 months′ treatment, but the Kujala scores, Tegner scores, Lyshoim scores were increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<005). The excellent and good rate of research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.085, P=0.037).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓There are more effective about restoration of patellofemoral structure, biomechanical structure and improvement of patellofemoral joint function by reform triple combined operation than these of tradition triple combined operation, which reflects the advantage of patellar ligament reconstruction, and it is worthy of clinical application.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To compare the clinical outcomes of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction with doublebundle allogenic tendon, doublebundle autogenous tendon and singlebundle autogenous tendon.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 249 patients with ACL injury were randomly divided into three groups: 86 patients underwent doublebundle reconstruction with allograft(DBAL), 83 patients underwent doublebundle reconstruction with autograft(DBAU) and 80 patients underwent singlebundle reconstruction with allograft(SBAU). Postoperative evaluation tools were composed of KT1000 value, pivotshift test, the International Knee Documentation Committee Knee Uation Form(IKDC) score, Lysholm score. Patients were followed up at 3, 12 and 36 months postoperatively. An Xray examination was performed to evaluate the development of knee osteoarthritis and the expansion of the anteromedial tunnel from DB reconstruction and the single tunnel from SB reconstruction at 36 months postoperatively.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The postoperative KT1000 value showed a increasing trend in 3 groups, and there were significant differences between different groups,time points and group·time points(P<005). The postoperative Lysholm score and IKDC score also showed an increasing trend in the 3 groups, and the difference was statistically significant at time points(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between groups and between group·time points(P>005). Pivot test for 3 groups revealed that the SB group had statistically more patients with positive symptoms than both DB groups(P<005). There were statistically significant differences in Xray classification, femoral and tibial tunnel expansion in the 3 groups at 36 months postoperatively(P<005). 
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Double bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with either allogeneic tendon or autologous tendon can achieve good anterior stability and rotation stability, and the osteoarthritis development and the tunnel expansion are significantly lower than the single bundle reconstruction.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the CT angiography(CTA) application value in preoperative appraisa of laparoscopic assisted colon cancer radical correction.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓 Seventy eight  colon cancer patients were selected who operated with laparoscopic assisted colon cancer radical correction  in The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University. According to the different methods of preoperative examination, the patients were divided into two groups. CTA group: 40 patients with the CTA and CT examination. CT group: 38 patients with CT examination only. All patients underwent abdominal CT examination before operation, the CTA group patients were combined with volume rendering technology to show major mesenteric blood vessels. The following surgical indicators were compared: operation time, intraoperative blood loss, lymph node number and postoperative exhaust time; postoperative complications: incision infection, anastomotic fistula and postoperative phlegmonosis intestinal obstruction.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Operation time was significantly abbreviated in  CTA group than in CT group(P<005). The intraoperative blood loss of CTA group was significantly lower than that in CT group(P<005). There were no significant differences in lymph node number, postoperative exhaust time between CTA group and CT group(P>005). There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between CTA group and CT group(P>005).

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the clinical effect of preoperative shortterm adjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer and its effect on caudal type homeobox transcriptionfactor 2(CDX2) and inhibitor of growthfamily member 4(ING4) expression.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 90 patients with colorectal cancer were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with simple radical surgery, and the observation group was treated with oxaliplatin, pentafluorouracil and leucovorin for shortterm impact chemotherapy before operation. The shortterm efficacy, longterm efficacy and adverse events were observed in both groups. And the expression of CDX2 and ING4 in the two groups were compared.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The tumor resection rate and rectal cancer in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<005). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of CDX2 and ING4 gene between two groups before treatment(P>005). The positive rate between two indicators in the observation group was significantly higher than those at the time of operation and 3 months after operation(P<005). The positive rate of CDX2 and ING4 expression in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<005). There was no significant change in the positive rate between two groups(P>005). The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group at 1 year and 2 years after operation(P<005), but there was no significant difference in tumor recurrence rate between two groups(P>005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The radical surgery combined with shortterm adjuvant chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical effect, regulate CDX2 and ING4 gene expression, which has a certain safety.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To evaluate the rates of disability and scar among burned children in China and abroad in about recent 30 years, and to provide a basic data for specific prevention of childhood burns.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓 Studies published from 1990 to 2016 which contained disability rate and scar rate about burned children were searched. The databases including CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu, Pubmed, Elsevier SD and so on were used. After strict selection by the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the rates of disability and scar were analyzed by Metaanalysis method using Stata software(Version 12.0).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓A total of 40 papers was included in this study; and the data covered 2 0278 cases of burned children from 13 countries. The pooled disability rate was 3.01%, 95CI=9.01%-19.74%, and the pooled scar rate was 13.49%, 95CI=9.01%-19.74%.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The rates of disability and scar in burned children were high. Specific preventive measures should be taken and the treatment level should be improved to reduce the disability and scar rate and enhance burned children′s quality of life.

    [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To study the clinical efficacy of deep hyperthermia combined with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer and the effect on excision repair cross complementing 1(ERCC1), βcatenin and βtubulin Ⅲ expression.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 80 patients with advanced ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly selected. The control group received paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy. The observation group was treated with deep hyperthermia on the basis of the control group. The levels of ERCC1, βcatenin and βtubulin Ⅲ in the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the survival rate and adverse reactions were analyzed.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The effective rates of tumor remission and ascites control in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The mRNA and protein levels of ERCC1 and βcatenin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The mean survival time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of myelosuppression was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the changes of left ventricular function in patients with different stages of pregnancy induced hypertension.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Selected 200 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension, according to the American Obstetrics and Gynecology Association of pregnancy induced hypertension disease guide(2013) standard,were divided into pregnancy induced hypertension group of 120 cases, preeclampsia group of 80 cases. Another 60 pregnant women with normal pregnancy were selected as control group. By electrochemiluminescence immunoassay NTproBNP level was detected. By echocardiography left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd), left ventricular posterior wall diastole(LVPWd), left atrial diameter(LAD), interventricular septal thickness at end diastole(IVSd) were measured, left ventricular ojection fraction(LVEF)was calculated. The early diastolic blood flow velocity(E) of mitral valve and the peak velocity of left atrial late diastolic blood flow(A) were measured by flow Doppler. The peak velocity(systolic movement, Sm) and the peak velocity of mitral annular root velocity(Ea) were measured by tissue Doppler imaging. E/A and E/Ea ratio were calculated. The peak left ventricular twist(Ptw) were measured by ultrasonic twodimensional speckle tracking imaging. We compared the changes of left ventricular structure and function and NTproBNP level of 3 groups, analyzed the correlation between plasma NTproBNP and E/E, Ptw.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓There was no significant difference in LVDd, LVPWd, LAD, IVSd and LVEF among 3 groups(P>005). The levels of E/A and Sm in preeclampsia group were significantly lower than those in pregnancy induced hypertension group and control group, the E/A and Sm values of  pregnancy induced hypertension group were significantly lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). E/Ea and Ptw in preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in control group, and E/Ea and Ptw in pregnancy induced hypertension group were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<005).The level of NTproBNP in preeclampsia group was higher than that in pregnancy induced hypertension group and control group(P<0.05), There was a positive correlation between plasma NTproBNP and E/Ea, Ptw(r=0.541, 0.618, P<0.05).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Patient with pregnancy induced hypertension may show different degrees of left ventricular dysfunction, among which preeclampsia patient is more obvious. Patient plasma NTproBNP and E/Ea, Ptw have positive correlation,which can be used as an index to evaluate the changes of left ventricular structure and function in patient with pregnancy induced hypertension.

    [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To compare the clinical efficacy of different doses danshen injection combined with pidotimod in the treatment of henoch schonlein purpura(HSP) .
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 152 cases of children with HSP admitted into pediatric department of Huangshi central hospital were randomly divided into three groups: pidotimod group(n=49), conventionaldose combination group(n=51) and large dose combination group(n=52). Three groups all were received conventional medical treatment, Pidotimod group accepted pidotimod 400 mg/d, conventionaldose combination group accepted Danshen injection 10 mL/d combined with pidotimod 400 mg/d, while the large dose group accepted Danshen injection 20 mL/d combined with pidotimod 400 mg/d. The treatment course lasted for 2 weeks. The clinical symptoms disappeared time, the recurrence rate after 6 months, peripheral blood immune function, oxidative stress parameters contents before and after the treatment and the clinical efficacy of 3 groups were recorded.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The clinical symptoms including purpura, abdominal pain, joint pain, skin rashes and kidney damage disappeared time of conventionaldose combination group and large dose combination group were lower than that of pidotimod group, that of large dose combination group was lower than that of conventionaldose combination group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of large dose combination group was significantly lower than that of other group by six months followup time(P<005). After treatment, the glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ of three groups were all improved, but large combination dose group was better than the other two groups, conventionaldose combination was better than the pidotimod groups(P<0.05). The cure rate and total effective rate of pidotimod group was lower than that in conventionaldose combination group and large combination dose group, the conventionaldose combination group was lower than large combination dose group ,all the differences were statistically significant(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Large dose danshen injection combined with pidotimod in the treatment of children with HSP can achieve a higher clinical efficacy, reduce the recurrence rate, and is safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical application.

Clinical symptoms, electrogastrogram and serum substance P, 5HT ,MOT and NO were observed in two groups before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The scores of abdominal pain, after eating full bilge, anorexia, early enough, anti acid nausea and vomiting and total score were decreased significantly after treatment between two groups(P<005). The clinical symptoms were lower than the control group after treatment(P<005). In the 2 groups after treatment(before meal and after meal), the gastric motility and the abnormal rate of gastric electrical rhythm were significantly decreased(P<005). After treatment, the abnormal rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<005). The total effective rate of observation group was better than that of control group(P<005). The levels of serum substance P, 5HT, MOT and NO in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<005). The above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<005).

    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Ninetysix  patients with psoriasis were selected as the research object, all of them were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group with 48 cases. The observation group was treated with calcipotriol combined with halometasone by sequential method, while control group was treated with calcipotriol only. The clinical effect, skin barrier function, serum leptin and chrelin before and after 6 week treatment were compared.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The total effective rate of observation group was 81.25%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 54.17%(P<005). Before treatment, there was no different of sebum content, moisture content in stratum corneum and skin moisture loss between two groups, after treatment, the sebum content and moisture content of two groups were raised, the skin moisture loss were reduced significantly(P<005). And the sebum content and moisture content of observation group were higher than control group(P<005). The skin moisture loss was lower than control group significantly(P<005). Before treatment, the serum leptin and ghrelin were not significantly different, the two targets of both group were reduced after treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<005). We observed the tissue around the uterus(abdominal wall, pubic symphysis, sacrum, bladder and rectum) and MRI signal changes in T1WI, T2WI pressure grease, conventional enhancement scanning, DWI imaging and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) on the determination of the value of the signal, and to evaluate the effect of HIFU on adjacent uterine tissue.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The signal value of T2WI, pressure and lipid in HIFU after uterine fibroids was higher in the symphysis pubis and in the abdominal wall injury group than in the preoperative group. The signal value of sacral injury group was lower than that before operation(P<005). The value of T1WI and enhanced scan in the combined injury group and sacral injury group was lower than that before operation(P<005). Then the flow cytometry assay was used to assessed the changes of cell growth cycle and apoptosis,the transwell assay was used to detect the changs of cell invasion and migration, the plate colony assay was used to testify the changes of cell colonyformation ability, thereby to study the effects of SAM on the biological behaviors of CRC cells. SAdenosylLhomocysteine(SAH)treated cells and phosphate buffer saline(PBS)treated cells were used as control groups in the study.
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Compared with either SAHtreated cell groups or PBS treated ones, the cell cycle of SW620 cell cycle G1% and LoVo cell cycle S% in SAM group were higher than that in SAH group and PBS group(P<005). Compared with SAH treated cells and PBS treated ones, the mean cell numbers of SW620 and LoVo treated with SAM were all significantly less than that in SAH group and PBS group through the microporous membrane or the matrigel, the difference is statistically significant(P<005). The colonyformation rates of SW620 and LoVo treated with SAM were significantly lesser than that treated with SAH and PBS(P<005).
    〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The exogenous methylation agent can inhibit biological behaviors of CRC cells in vitro. Methylated donor drugs are expected to be effective in the clinical treatment of CRC and provide a preliminary theoretical basis for its clinical application.
